I was given the options for deposits, covering gas during my rental, etc. I made it clear I wanted a rental that would be 100% covered by my auto policy and put down my deposit. Long story short, I received less than half of my deposit back because at the end they charged $5 more a day than what I was told it would be and took it out of my deposit. In person and on the phone, the employee I dealt with was arrogant, rude, interrupted, put me on hold for 10 minutes at a time, and told me he didn't have time to wait on me then hung up. If your employees don't have time to address bad business practices and explain charges, then either Enterprise needs to find new employees or hire a few more. Regardless I will never go back to this location and will advise others to avoid it as well.
