The MRI tech was very nice and explained everything very well. The receptionist was also very nice and moderately professional. The rest of the business is horrid. To start off, my appointment was over 1 hour after its scheduled time. I came in with a work related injury and they treated me as though I was trying to work the system or something. I did not feel as though they addressed my concerns at any point. The nurse said "JUST A HEAD SCAN CORRECT?" to the doctor. I know this may be common for them but it is not common for me? The entire time I was in a room, the door was open which is zero privacy. People were walking by and looking in the entire time. I had visit with the doctor and went back to the waiting room for another 1.5 hours before the MRI. After the MRI, I passed by the doctor who was sitting in the break room with the nurse and processed to sit in the waiting room for another 45 minutes. The lady in front of me had been there longer than I had and the receptionist came out and said that she would tell her the results for the doctor and she did not even take them into a room but had them walk over to the other side of the waiting room to tell them the results of the scan and her next steps. The doctor came out to tell me my results. He was extremely unprofessional and rude. The doctor said that my head scan was normal as he had assumed and I could just take excedrin for the pain. He told me that I could return to work... whenever I'd like. Then he threw his hands up and walked away. (????) Thank you for my next steps of taking excedrin for the pain in my head that has yet to be explained? Thank you for not listening to my concerns? After he walked away I went up to reception to ask for a note to return to work and she said that she would write one and asked me what day I would like to return to work? GEEZ, I did not know that I was a doctor. Even though the entire experience was crazy and I basically wasted 4.5 hours of my life to be told to take excedrin, Reception was very nice and was probably one of the only pluses to this establishment except for the massive amount of sports memorabilia that was around.
