I cant believe that they are still in business. I had them do a local move years ago . They broke a marble table top and lost the other. I was held hostage for more money because the move was taking longer. I hadnt purchased addition insurance so they refused to pay to replace 2 expensive marble table tops. I reported them I even had the news come and talk to me . I cant believe they are still in business . SO no i was not "disappointed" I was devastated . When I called to complain I was treated like garbage . yep DONT USE THEM
I had this company make a local move boro to boro. They were prompt and professional. On time and did not damage anything, used covers for mat and box. I was impressed. This was on 7/14/2014

Provided by SuperpagesTerrible movers! Sent 4 movers and one knew what he was doing, one was about 60 years old and the other two acted like they were on drugs. They damaged my furniture then denied my claim. They were on an hourly rate and were so slow that it cost me $1500 for a load only on my out of town move.

Don't ever have them move you! I recently had them do a local move. The crew left all kinds of things behind.They damaged several pieces of furniture and were disrespectful and rude. When I went to the office to let them know I wasn't satisfied I was treated disrespectfully by the agent. He told me it was my fault that I didn't do a walk through at the end. I'm a widow and stayed until they were more than 3/4 done with the packing. I don't believe they moved a thing after I left to go to the new property. The agent's excuse was if you weren't there to tell them to move things how were they supposed to know they were to be moved? They left an entire set of dishes in a kitchen cabinet. They moved everything else, but left these dishes. Did they need me to tell them to move them? I was told that if I wanted them to finish the job I'd have to pay for another crew and truck. I told him I don't want his workers anywhere near my things again. The move was due to turnpike construction so the turnpike is paying for it. When I told the agent that I don't feel I can sign the authorization for payment then all of a sudden they'd send out someone to finish up and I wouldn't have to pay. In addition they charged me for more hours than they actually worked and the mover who handed me the bill to sign said, "That will be like our tip for the job, getting paid for an hour and a half extra."

The guys really hustled and ran circles around me! I would recommend their service to anyone. I found them to be friendly and affordable.

Provided by SuperpagesIn June I had Deily Moving & Storage move my household belongings to storage. They were in storage for 2 months. When I received them back, the bedroom furniture had mold growing on the dresser and chest of drawers. End tables also had mold. My metal file cabinet, which was perfect prior, was rusted half way up. A box of belongings, (blender, George foreman grill, rolling pin, roaster and insulated lunch bag, were covered with mold. Their storage agreement states they are not responsible for mold or mildew while in their possession. But they also advertise that they store in a climate controlled environment but fail to tell you that your goods could lay in water. Would never ever use them again. Also, two table legs broken. Movers were very nice. Only rated because it a 1 star because it would not let me out without doing this.

Provided by SuperpagesDeily was the worst company I have ever deal with. They were late and damaged furniture, with out any compensation. In fact upper management would not even return any calls on my complaint. Poor business practice.

Provided by SuperpagesWe have used them 3 times and have referred this to my friend and she has used them twice. They are reliable and also offer boxes, tape and packing material as well. They are quick when it comes to moving everything in and out. Highly recommended!
Such an excellent company. My wife and I used them several months ago and I just feel its necessary to tell everyone, what an amazing job they did! They were so professional and friendly.The most amazing part was the price! Their men really worked fast!
