Bow-wow is a very safe daycare. My 2 small dogs have been going there for over 5 years and there has never been an incident and they LOVE it. They can't wait to get in the big red door of Bow-Wow in the morning and they are exhausted in the evening. The facility is clean and staff are friendly and knowledgeable and my dogs adore them. I would recommend Bow-wow to anyone who is looking for a fun and safe place for their dogs to play.
I have two large, active dogs. Both my dogs were totally exercised, rested and socialized at BW. The staff treats each dog like it's their own. They are exceptional at evaluating a dog's personality and what day(s) would be their best fit. When daycare became too much for my older dog...they kindly and professionally advised me. I've never seen a safer place to take your dogs.
Never thought we would look for a "Doggie Day Care Center", BUT Zoeii, our 12 month Airedale, was brimming with energy and annoyed at being alone while we were at work so we considered our options and decided to investigate a center for dogs. We were totally impressed with Doggie Bow Wow. Pre-screening is a requirement, as are medical records. The hours are convenient, the fees very reasonable but most importantly the envirmonment is superb. Dogs exeprience a structured schedule which includes "free play" time to socialize with their friends, "nap time" and walks. The staff is friendly and caring to humans as well as canines and they are very knowledgeable about dog behavior. Ancillary services are available and "boarding" service has just been added.
Our energetic puppy was getting into trouble being home alone all day and crating him for the entire workday would have meant coming home to a dog full of pent up energy. Bow-Wow Doggie Daycare was an excellent choice for us. Just two days a week is enough to keep our dog calm for the rest of the days that he spends at home. He is always so excited to arrive at daycare in the morning that he doesn't even notice that we've left him. The staff are always friendly and helpful and all dogs are pre-screened and continually supervised to ensure safe play.

I needed a place for my dog to play because she does not like to be crated and I need to work late. This seemed like a great solution. Wrong! My dog was crated from 11 am to 1 pm (for nap & utilitarian walk) and then again from 2 pm until I was able to pick her up. Which, of course meant that I had to get there as soon as possible and could not work late. Rather than picking up an exhausted and happy dog, my dog was wired from being in the crate. And she needed to go to the bathroom desperately. And if I had to work late - she was in terrible shape and miserable by the time I picked her up. I stopped going and found another place to take my dog where she is much happier and exhausted from playing when I pick her up!
