Batteries Plus Phone Repair

I had my daughters iPhone repaired at this location and am very very satisfied. The work was done well and quickly. The young gentleman that assisted me was wonderful professional and a true asset to this business !!!!

I am not pleased with this team in Castle Shannon. I've bought batteries for my rentals and cars (I have five) over the years. I bought a car battery with a three year warranty. Less than one year later, the battery was dead, after I hadn't started it for around three weeks. I had AAA jump my car, went to Batteries Plus and they first said that this was a second return on the battery. I let them test my car. The generator was fine. They said because the battery had a low reading, it was below the reading for warranty. So, was it a faulty battery? My generator was tested and fine. No lights were left on. I will be going to AAA for my car battery needs for now on. It would have been much more convenient. Oh, by the way, because I was in a bind. I did buy this car battery at Batteries Plus, BUT the last time they installed my battery, it was free installation. This time they charged me for installation, AND gave me a MAJOR discount (adjustment) or whatever -- 10 percent. Batteries Plus, you've lost my business. By the way, I called customer service and they got me the 10 percent discount (jason), wow AND THE SUPERVISOR NEVER CALLED ME BACK. Typical for a problem customer.
