As Director of Credit for two large cabinet manufacturers, I understand how important it is to be able to find and trust the third party collection agencies we use to help us get paid when we have exhausted all of our own efforts. I have used several different companies over the years but none have been able to get the results that PrimeCore has provided. They have an amazing team of collectors/Account Managers and they really know their stuff. I have been dealing with PrimeCore for a little more than a year and as I have said before, the results have been top notch. Other companies I have used not only don't collect the debt, they take forever to pay us after they have been paid. We have never waited for payments from PrimeCore. In fact there have been several occasions where the debtor paid via wire transfer and we were paid that same day. I cannot say enough good things about this company. I'm glad to have finally found an agency that I LOVE working with.
I don't think my best friend would be using Timesys Corp because she doesn't currently need any of the services. However, Timesys does seem to have a lot to offer to anyone needing these types of services.
An article was written in the Erie Times-News by Gerry Weiss regarding Attendants for Erie-area disabled go unpaid , published August 3, 2012. Christian Financial Management has not paid attendants in the Erie area and now the same thing is being done in the Westmoreland/Allegheny County area. I have NEVER been paid from the time Accessabilities transferred the contract to Christian Financial Management. At one time I did talk to a LIVE person. I had an e-mail from Adam Powers regarding the package that my consumer still had not receive on July 6, 2012 regarding setting her and her attendants up. Tried to faxed time slips- could not be faxed. I sent emails on August 6th and the 14th, however, no response from the company. I was promised on August 9th that I would receive my back wages would be paid on August 10th, however, that did not happened. I tried every day to make contact with someone, however, you just go around this never ending messaging system and then finally you are disconnected. Now, the new telephone system will not direct you to a person. You try to enter a persons first name and then get disconnected. Great new system! Hah! Hah! What I did find out from my old employer today, August 28th that we can call the following people and file your complaint: OLTL (Office of Long Term Living) 1-866-286-3636 Consumer Waiver Complaint 1-800-757-5042 Bureau Provider Care Hotline 1-800-932-0939 We need to all band together and file complaints to all three (3) organizations. If everyone wants to pick a date and go to the office to file a complaint, I am in at going to Christian Financial Management office. They need to be stopped! Let me know, Josephine P.S. Everything that everyone has posted on here is 110% TRUE. This company's phones do not work. The lady I take care of has been jumping from caller 5 to caller 22 and the phone keeps telling her that she has a 5 minute hold time, well that was 45 mins. ago. We sat on hold all day yesterday jumping from call # to call #. I am frustrated with this company. As one of there so called employees I haven't been paid for 8 weeks now. I am very upset about this and the lady I take care of knows that I cannot keep "working" like this with no pay. I went to the state rep.'s office this morning, apparently I'm not the only "worker" that has been down there. The state rep. told me that they have been calling Christian Financial and no one calls them back. The state rep has been in touch with the Governor of Pa, who too is having the same trouble with getting into contact with this company. It wouldn't take much for someone to answer their phones and let us "workers" know when we can receive a paycheck. I along with the other "workers" can't work for free. I wonder that if us "workers" went up to the Christian Financial Management building and demanded them to pay us all right there on the spot, to what they would do. If anyone would like to make a day of it and possibly getting our paychecks please call or text me at 8147065236. Im willing to do it but it won't do me any good to go on my own. If they don't pay me by next week I will be forced to find another job and that means the lady I take care of will have NO ONE to take care of her. I had called a couple weeks ago and left a Tammy Walker a message and threatened to not come back to work. Now most companies, when your working with elderly or disabled people, would call the consumer and try to get them someone else to work once their worker threatens to leave due to no pay. Not this effing company, they made no attempt to contact her and if I wouldn't have came down to her house the following monday, she would have had no one, she is elderly and cannot walk to due ms. So was she suppose to somehow take care of herself, how was she going to eat, take her pills, or even go to the bathroom, she can't do it on her own. This company in my opinion DOESN'T CARE ABOUT THE CONSUMERS. These are HUMAN BEINGS WE ARE TAKING CARE OF AND THEY DON'T PAY US YET EXPECT US TO CONTINUE WORKING FOR FREE. I DON'T THINK SO. Get ahold of me if you would like to take a day and go to their building in Pittsburgh.
EVERYONE IS RIGHT. THIS COMPANY IS TERRIBLE. I WAS LEFT ON HOLD FOR AS LONG AS 2 1/2 HOURS. NO ONE RETURNS YOUR PHONE CALLS OR LETTERS. IT'S A SHAME FOR A COMPANY TO TAKE OVER, SUPPOSE TO PAY WEEKLY , BUT NO PAYCHECKS HAVE BEEN MAILED YET. SOMEONE IN THAT OFFICE SHOULD AT LEAST HAVE ENOUGH GUTS OR CONSIDERATION TO CONBTACT US BY LETTER OR PHONE. I REALLY LIKE MY WORKER AND HATE FOR HER TO GO, BUT WHO WORKS FOR FREE. I AM SO DISGUSTED AND TIRED OF THIS PHONE SYSTEM. IT IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE ASND SO IS THIS COMPANY AND ANYONE WHO WORKS THERE. PAY THESE PEOPLE LIKE YOU HAVE PROMISED. AS OF TODAY, THEY OWE MY WORKER 35 HOURS PER WEEK TOTALLYING 290 HOURS. COMPANY SHOULD BE ASHAMED AND MADE TO PAY THESE WORKERS YESTERDAY, NOT TOMORROW. ARE THEY (FININACIAL MANAGEMENT OFFICE EMPLOYEES) GETTING THEIR PAYCHECKS ON TIME?
horrible company to deal with. will not answer their phones...fax machines do not work. My pca has not got paid in nearly 6 weeks. I am disabled and really need her. I am going to end up losing her because of this stupid company. She cannot afford to work for free...who can. Got a nasty letter last week stating they would be contacting us, which I was not contacted, no surprise. I wasn't even notified the payroll was changing to them until mid July. Today i try calling again and their phones are still off. The entire system they use is ridiculous for us to even use. My pca does not need this stress nor lack of pay.....and I do not need it along with my illnesses. I would never, ever recommend this company to anyone, Even the letter send by India and Corey Christian was nasty and unprofessional. The name of their company is misleading since their last name is Christian. I'm quite sure this will take a very long time to resolved. Meanwhile, my pca is going to be forced to look for a new job and I will have no attendant to assist me in my home. BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY AND DO NOT USE THEM. Also, there was hundreds of reviews and today there is only 2....all the rest were deleted. This one will probably not make it anywhere. Very, very upsetting and stressful to hundreds of people. The Christians got their paychecks every week this summer though.
have been calling them for weeks and no one in that office has had the respect to call me or I am sure any other empolyees back. I have not gotten one pay check from these people! I can't ever gt through to them and when I think I ma they hang up the phone on me. I have 2 children that need a roof over there heads. My bills are behind now and I am BROKE! This people in this office are heart-less. I don't understand why they can't just let us know when we are going to be paid.I am soon going to have to leave my job! Now this going to leave the man I take care of with no one. This is not right! I am sure they are all getting paid. STOP STEALING MONEY! PAY US CARE WORKERS!!!!! UPDATE: So this morning I thought I look up to see if there where any other offices in that build and there are! The one office was a lawyers offices so I called them and they said that CFM has signs posted on the 1st and 3rd floor saying they are closed for the whole week. I left my number with them and the owner of the build is any but will call back next week. FYI the owner of the build comes from the lawyers office!
Is in charge of paying for direct care staff to care for disabled individuals in their homes via a state operated waiver program.. Does not pay workers has endangered the welfare of their consumers health...No phone calls are returned and most days can not contact anyone.. Calls have been made by the people whose care providers they are responsible for and no one answers or returns messages.....Even in an emergency. SHADY
