At Latrobe Airport with a 4:30 Greyhound boarding pass. Waited and waited but the bus never showed up. Customer service told me the driver, Tom, left 10 minutes early. They were not sure why. Now here I sit wondering what to do, not going attend my function in Pittsburgh this evening. Thanks Tom!

Usually, pretty clean, but getting info online is a joke!! Tried every other way to get my daughter here to Pittsburgh from Cincinnati, but no other somewhat direct service. Can never talk to a real person...not even in person at the terminal!! Can't believe they have been around this long..Megabus needs to expand and Amtrak needs more direct routes!!!
GREYHOUND IS A JOKE OF A COMPANY. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE . I WAS TRYING TO FIND OUT ABOUT MILITARY DISCOUNTS. I CALLED THE 800 NUMBER 3 TIMES BEFORE I SPOKE TO SOMEONE. THE WOMAN I SPOKE TO BARELY SPOKE ENGLISH AND HAD NO IDEA OF HALF OF THE MEANINGS OF THE WORDS I WAS SAYING.. HER REPLY TO EVERYTHING WAS UMMMM JUST ONE MINUTE PLEASE THEN WOULD PLACE ME ON HOLD. I THEN ASKED FOR THEN ASKED FOR THE PHONE NUMBER OF THE CLOSET STATION NEAR ME AND WAS GIVEN THE WRONG PHONE NUMBER TWICE. I STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN TO SPEAK TO ANYONE ABOUT THE POSSIBILITY OF A MILITARY DISCOUNT AND I HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR THE PAST 2 HOURS.. PATHETIC!!!!!
