We rented a charming 1 double bed studio for this summer, in North Oakland, and we couldn’t be happier with the quality of Mozart Management service. The studio has a great location, it is looks very nice and the price was more than reasonable. I would recommend dealing with this company, THANK YOU!

In Butler, PA, as a contractor, came to rent a 1 bed apartment for 785 monthly. Paid (application fee and $200 security to hold the unit) and pass all that was required. Got there to sign the lease the next day, the lady there by the name Barbara jacked up the price that I was going to pay $1300 making the total $1500. I obviously said No and asked for my money back. She said it wasn't refundable, and threatened to call the police. I was like "please call the police" cuz it looks like someone here probably thought they have some unique privileges. She acted to be on the phone for like 2 minutes then put back the phone and said "get out of my office, I' am going home" - I waited for 10minutes for the police to come but they never came. She kept raising her voice saying couple of times "I have been through a lot today". That is really not my problem, all I want is my refund.*In the document I was given, the only time my money isn't refundable is when I didn't come to pay the rest $585 by certain date - in this case 6/9/17I am sharing these with everyone to deal intelligently with this woman and the company - make sure you have everything on paper - I'm glad I did.
I came in as soon as they opened needing an arrangement, and was immediately serviced by a friendly and caring staff who made me a beautiful arrangement for a good price. 10/10 would buy again
This place is the height of incompetence. They have you sign an agreement stating you'll pay back the employer who hires you if you quit unless you notify your J. Croyle rep that you wish to find employment elsewhere. Fine, fair enough. Here's where it gets shady, they won't do a damn thing if you tell them you hate the place within 2 weeks, and then if you quit outside of two weeks, they adjust your payrate for your final check to minimum wage and threaten you with a bill for $2,457.84.On top of this, they took over TWO MONTHS just to correctly set up my direct deposit so I went without a paycheck for almost 3 weeks for most of my time with this company while I waited for them to snail mail me my paychecks.Avoid this place like the plague. No matter how desperate you are, applying with this company will be the worst mistake you've ever made in your working life.
Exceptional building. Extremely luxurious. Exclusive client base. Management is professional. Staff courteous and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.
I have lived here for more than a year. The heaters dont work well. There are some places in the apartment that's always colder than the other places. The maintenance guy (John) was very nice and helpful. However, the management company was terrible so as the building manager. Be careful of those "hidden fees"! They wouldn't tell you at first, but if you were to break the lease, you will have to pay half of a month's rent as their "service charge", which isn't even listed in the lease. It makes sense that you have to keep paying for the rent if you break the lease. But to pay for the parking space as well? That is ridiculous. Also, they don't care if people park at your parking space even if you are paying for it. They don't care about your personal difficulties, they just want your money (of course, all management company is like this). Overall, I had a terrible experience staying at this place. I'm very glad that i moved out. Oh and did I mention that their rent is so overpriced?
