Maybe you should learn how to answer a phone call and not work solely over email. The fact that you're 'sick' is a poor excuse to take almost 2 weeks to respond to a customer. Glad I caught these reviews before entrusting your company.

This company is a joke. We purchased a home where the seller chose to use Steel City Radon to install our system. Right after moving in we had our system tested and the readings were actually higher than they were prior to installation. I attempted to contact this company several times with no resolution. The only time I was able to get ahold of someone was when I was finally called on A Sunday and left a message. Apparently the owners wife does not appreciate phone calls as she told me that they will get to my issue when they get around to it (the following month) and that they were going to charge me $700 an hour because I dared to call her home (business phone number) on a Sunday. After I paid out of pocket for a reputable company to come out. I was told that the entire system was not installed correctly & the wrong size vent was used. You get what you pay for. In this case I had no choice. I would rather breathe radon than deal with thsee so called professionals.
This company sucks so if I could give less than 1-star I would. I had a unit they installed that needed repairs and couldn't get anyone there to call me back for several days. After scheduling he work they never showed up so called and left messages which they never replied back to. With their customer service (lack there of) how is a company like this even in business?
I am the owner of Steel City Radon I would like to know who wrote this no one has ever lost a home over a radon issue What is the property address of the home and why cant you put your name down this is an untrue statement all of systems are put in by DEP standards and I would like to know who wrote this
