We visited other dealers before visiting North hills auto Mall. Each dealer we visited would tell you one thing and then after spending hours there, they would not follow through. It was (what we thought) the "typical" car buying experience. We found the car we wanted on line at North Hills auto Mall website and called and spoke to Jim, before we planned on driving down. He was very responsive and called us back within minutes to confirm the car was available. When we arrived we were greeted right away and everyone we saw asked us if we had been helped yet. Jim, was wonderful! He wasn't pushy, knew what we were looking for and what we wanted for our trade. North Hills Auto Mall gave us everything we wanted...the exact amount we asked for on our trade, a great deal on our pre-owned Altima and working with Jim made our entire experience even better. I would recommend Jim to anyone who is looking for a pre-owned car. He is very knowledgeable and will work hard to make you happy. We had to wait a bit for the bank to open, but Jim kept on checking with us and made sure we were doing OK. Overall this was the most pleasant buying experience we have ever had. It was worth the drive. We will be back when we are in need of another vehicle.
We bought our 2006 Mazda from North hills auto mall and decided to shop other Honda dealerships up to 100 miles away when it came time to upgrade. But we came back to North hills auto mall because of the warm caring (I know) and friendly people that make THIS Honda dealership such a unique and special place. From the moment you are greeted and paired with your salesperson to the sales manager, and the finance manager you are treated as someone that truly wants your business. There is no phoniness here or high sales pressure. It may take some getting use to! I have purchased over 35 vehicles in my life and never have I left a dealership feeling good, weather a purchase was made or not before North hills auto mall. I traded in my wife's 2001 to purchase a 2006 and we are happy beyond belief with the total overall result. We will continue to recommend, North hills auto mall for people and friends that want a great vehicle purchase experience for a change.
Went here to take a look at some cars and had a great experience. The sale rep that I talked to took me through the cars that were in my budget and what I was looking for and just gave me the keys and let me take them out. After I was done test driving several cars we sat down and went over what I liked and didn't like. Ultimately they didn't have anything that really suited my needs, and the rep was the one that even said "It doesn't look like we have anything that you really want." He said he'd give me a call if they got anything in that would suite me and gave me info on the cars I did test drive in case I changed my mind. Great dealership, no pressure selling and they were very informative.
Very good buying experience. Found pre-owned certified vehicle on web and contacted dealership by email. Responded, fast, received call from Sales Mgr. right away. Made deal over phone and, since I was driving 3 hours to look at vehicle, I needed an honest assessment of the vehicle and the assurance that car would be there when I arrived. The vehicle was exactly as the Sales Mgr. described. The only thing I had to do was work out a fair trade for my car, which I did through AJ, salesman and it went very smooth. Also, we bought the extended warranty. I would definitely consider buying another car from these folks. No one is perfect, but I think North Hills Auto Mall does business the right way.
My husband and I had the best car buying experience EVER, with Jim and jay at North Hills auto Mall. Many days of pointless negotiating with other dealers in the area lead us to North Hills auto Mall and we are so grateful for how things turned out. We immediately felt comfortable with them. They went over numbers on vehicles before we ever looked at any and drove them around. Other dealers delayed the number process and it was extremely aggravating. They are the reason we were able to find a vehicle we loved and could afford it. Even after purchasing the vehicle they has remained in touch to make sure we had all of our questions answered. We highly recommend them!
I have had an awesome experience buying a car from Rohrich Mazda. A lot of the kudos goes to our salesperson Chris, but honestly all the staff in sales have been wonderful and patient. We pick up the car tomorrow and they gave us a very fair price. The car has been kept in mint condition considering it was a showroom car. They really take care of their customers too by providing benefits like replacing lost keys for 1st yr. They are also providing discounts on accessories I requested. The staff is responsive with any questions I have had and the facility is clean & welcoming. I have nothing but good things to say. Thanks Rohrich Mazda!!!
So evidently everyone goes here to get their hair done, but not I. I randomly needed a massage last week and Oggi was where I stopped; I'm happy I did. Jenna did my massage and it was GREAT! It's sometime hard to find a masseuse (especially a woman) who applies the right amount of pressure. I have paid twice as much for a massage that felt like someone was simply poking at me as opposed to massing me. Jenna quickly found the two areas where I carry stress and worked on those areas repeatedly. I was completely relaxed upon leaving. I will definitely go see her again, she was great and you can't beat the price for a great massage.
We've been doing business w/this group for almost 10 years. Best place, no hassle- very knowledgeable..... I've met "Spike" and found him to be a great guy, he delivered us two of our trucks and we didn't buy them from him.... for someone that works on commission; that's above and beyond! My brother-in-law in Tennessee has also purchased a truck from these guys- no problems! We are very happy with EVERYTHING that these guys have done for us! **This place also is the Isuzu truck sales group in Pittsburgh. **We just bought a utility truck from this group and they now do the upfits right there on location!
Great experience. I had not planned to buy a new MINI. My wife was invited to test drive the new F56 at the launch event, to potentially replace her 08' Cooper S. After going on a test drive in an F56 Cooper S with Theo, she insisted I drive it as well. That was all it took. We sat down with Theo and the next thing you know I had one on order (she could not part with her R56 -- it is part of the family). Theo & Chris made the buying experience very easy. The dealership is actually fun (not something I can always say about a car dealership).
I recently purchased my Mini from an outside dealer. Shortly after my engine light came on and I had to make an unplanned visit to Mini. I also had a huge list of small items for possible service. Dan Best attended to all items and provided price estimates as expected. My engine required major service and Mini worked well with myself and the outside dealer to ensure warranty coverages were handled properly. I spoke with Dan and the other folks at Mini numerous times over a week long period and everyone did a great job.
