Dental Patients Beware!!! Unprofessional, Scam!!!The "dentist" at this place is a joke. I only made an appointment for a cleaning because I work in the area and thought it would be great to go on my lunch break and get my cleaning done. BIG mistake!!! First, upon meeting Litsa Zotis in the exam room, she immediately inquires about my personal life rather than focus on my teeth. She goes on to share that she is recently divorced and her ex does not financially support her gazillion children, some of which were there running around in the office. I show no interest in her personal issues and totally do not respond nor encourage her to continue with her biography, but she continues anyhow and totally neglects my teeth cleaning and exam and this was the absolute worst experience ever. I left the visit feeling bamboozled. I paid for the service, but got nothing but irritated. She should have paid me for the therapy session she subjected me to. She did offer to pay $50.00 in offiice credit for referrals. That should tell you something about this place if they have to pay you to refer your friends, family and co-workers. I made sure to let my whole office building know of my experience. She also tries to sell you botox, really??? Why would I want botox from a dentist??? Do you all do liposuction and nose jobs on the weekends too?I later discovered that she billed my insurance company for some type of problem visit saying I had pain when I only came in for a cleaning!!! This woman obviously is still hurt, broken and bitter about her divorce and needs to seek therapy to learn how to cope. She has no business handling patients in her current deluded state of mind. Newsflash: PATIENTS COME IN FOR DENTAL SERVICE. WE ARE NOT YOUR FRIENDS. WE DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR PERSONAL ISSUES!!!WE WANT WHAT WE PAY FOR!!!That was my first and last visit!
Dr. Zeidler is gentle and caring. He has always given myself and my family high-quality dental care. We have never been disappointed. The staff is wonderful. You can't go wrong with Dr. Zeidler.
I used to think fondly of John but it seems as though the last couple of years has just gone down hill for his establishment. I had my hygienist, Megan until I was given Danielle. Danielle made me wait in the chair so she could eat. Only brushed half my mouth. I made sure my next appointment was with Megan, I was switched again to Danielle. This time she excused herself in the middle of my cleaning to go eat. She was pregnant so what is a patient to do that doesn't want to sit there and wait? More concerning is that for a 1-1/2 years I have been studying my paperwork from my insurance company. My wife noticed xrays were billed when in fact they were not even taken and on days she did not visit the office. She was billed for exams that weren't covered due to limits and instead of taking the in-network discount, they billed us full price. We both got on the phone with insurance and were told that we were being billed wrong. Exams are a covered code and being over the limit for them does not allow any doctor to charge for full amounts. The worst experience by far though is when I was charged $120 more than what my insurance says I owe for my bridge. I am being charged for an in house bridge when in fact it was sent out to a lab. My bridge has metal in it. I went to another dentist and had xrays taken and saw the metal! The dentist explained that yes pure porcelain bridge can be made in house but not a mixture of porcelain and metal. I've filed a complaint with my insurance company and we are refusing to pay anything over what my insurance papers say we owe. My wife has spoken to the office manager Barbara several times over this matter and it just seems she is adamant about over charging. Barbara offered no explanation for the xrays being billed and on different days than our actual visits. No explanation about the full priced exams either. Now Barbara won't even answer the phone. She and Theresa are just scamming the patients. Sorry John, you need a spine.
Inadequate Dental Care but Accomdating Staff.Dr Zotis shameless self promotes herself (not her business) your greeted by a window size picture of her as you enter the office. Off-putting. I had a permanent crown put in. It didnt come back from the lab an exact match, so she drilled, and driled until it almost fit, then forced into place. It's been less than a year and it failing due to fit. She's obviously distracted and makes you fell as an inconvience. I can not reccommend her for either demeanor or skill. Also her front desk receptionist oversteps her bounds at every opportunity, I dont like it when people get too personal right away. and I'd prefer dental advice from the dentist.
