Would not take back headphones. They recently added a 15 day return policy. They would not even give me store credit for them. Will be getting my electronics from amazon from now on.
I got my Sony tv here and the sales representative was very knowledgeable and help me every step of the way.
Blonde haired associate wearing glasses seems to be insincere and arrogant, and easily distracted by others while one attempts to have questions answered. Poor customer service. Rarely makes eye contact. I've been a customer with The Exchange since 1995 and in retail management since 1987. Just want everyone to know that a lot of the negative post to Laketon TV are from other dealers who can not compete. The problem is nobody checks to see if the post are true.
Offensive and inappropriate staff. Was in this location on 6/16/13 while employees Shaun & Chris were behind the counter, complaining about their jobs, complaining about other employees who weren't present, and making comments about "young teenage girls" coming in for interviews. I asked a 3rd employee who was stocking shelves if that kind of behavior was normal and the response I got was a laugh and "Yeah, pretty much." Terrible.
Had My dish installed last month and can't believe I waited so long before I did this the install and the equipment is free and Bobby did a great job for laketon TV installing. The price is just what they told me and I saved $75 a month ( don't wait do it)
Very Professional , Very Reasonable. I was so happy to find a place that can work on my electronic stuff.
