Blonde haired associate wearing glasses seems to be insincere and arrogant, and easily distracted by others while one attempts to have questions answered. Poor customer service. Rarely makes eye contact. I've been a customer with The Exchange since 1995 and in retail management since 1987. Offensive and inappropriate staff. Was in this location on 6/16/13 while employees Shaun & Chris were behind the counter, complaining about their jobs, complaining about other employees who weren't present, and making comments about "young teenage girls" coming in for interviews. I asked a 3rd employee who was stocking shelves if that kind of behavior was normal and the response I got was a laugh and "Yeah, pretty much." Terrible.
