I really need a new car for this winter season. With no money down God blessed me with a 2016 Rogue.
I purchased a car from them in July of 2017, the car was very overpriced but I bought it with his guarantee that he would fix it for little to no charge every time something went wrong with it. Every single month I had this car in his shop to fix something wrong all except the month of October. And every time I paid him for the work he did on the car. In late September I brought it to him stating the car needed new Brakes and just some routine maintenance, he shrugged it off told me everything on the car was fine. A couple weeks later I'm driving to work with my son in the car and my front brakes completely fall off my car and I almost was in a deadly accident. At the same time I had a belt brake my rotors were completely done for as well as the water pump. After being told that the car was fine and having the brakes fall off of my car decided to take it else where. I brought it back to him in November to put in the water pump that I went and purchased and I discussed my issues. He apologized and told me to always bring it to him. So now we're in December of 2017 and Im driving home with my mother, boyfriend, and my son in the car and as I'm turning on a VERY busy interstate my car completely dies and won't start. There's cars beeping and speeding around my car and I'm completely terrified. Now I have just spent over $300 in towing to get my car towed to this mechanic and I bring it to him and he tells me the motor and engine is junk. The cars trash. I become upset stating that I still owe money on this car and now I'm head up in it. His solution is handing me the keys to a 97 Saturn with 200k miles on it and still wanting me to pay $1700 for that car even though my car is an 06 Pontiac with less miles and I have already put over $3000 into my car. When I told him I won't accept a car of lesser value than my car he told me its my fault I beat the car up in 6 months time and he doesn't care it's not his problem. Absolutely ridiculous and unfair

This guy (Tim Hefner) is only getting one star because I can’t give zero. He is a shady character. DO NOT BUY anything from him. He sold me a car under the false pretense of being a private owner on Craigslist. Within a day of driving away with the car, the rear trailing arm was found snapped apart. I purchased it in August and was told the heat worked...it did not. The rear passenger window broke within a couple of weeks and very soon after I lost all brakes when the brake line broke and the car is now totaled. I’ve owned the car less than 3 months and barely drove it as I was on medical leave from my job. It was supposedly inspected in April ( just 3 months) before I bought it. Tim claims that he knew nothing about any of the issues. He said the car came from Car Sense and they are very reputable. Funny, on the day I bought it, he told me that the car came from a relative! So many lies.. very dishonest man!
Bought another car from here. Guys were great car is great. We are on our 5th car from these guys. Very happy thus far thank you car Xpress.
Had service done because "SERV STAB SYS" light came on. They replaced a steering position sensor $396.87. Not sure where sensor is located I am assuming somewhere under dash since its something to do with the steering wheel, but now my parking break release is loose (Thumbs up there). Then about a week after service, "SERV STAB SYS" light came back on. I called while still in the car with light on they couldn't get me in for a few days and the light went out before my appointment. I requested they check the sensor that was just installed, because why would the same light all of a sudden come back on after repairs were done the week before. They didn't check what I asked and ran diag check which showed nothing and they had "a service guy" drive my truck around to try and get the light to come back on. That ended up costing me $74.85 for the testing even though I asked them to check the repairs previously made. Naturally no one there could help me when I asked why they didn't check the steering sensor. I will never go back here and will make sure everyone I know with a Chevy goes somewhere else for repairs because this was ridiculous.
I decided to go here cause I went to a few other places that said guaranteed to get everyone financed and lied to me. I called these cats and told them my situation and they said they would be able to help me. My past is pretty bad due to a couple bad jobs so my credit is horrible. I just picked up my 2013 Ford Explorer yesterday and I'm loving it. Don't fall for the other dealers BS about guaranteed you will get a car. This is the only place that really took the time to help me..
DO NOT GET A CAR FROM HERE!!!!! HORRIBLE! The whole experience with this company has been awful from the start. You got to do ridiculous paperwork to "qualify". Then we get the car at midnight after the first wanna be sales rep screwed the paperwork up. All you gotta do is figure out people's spending income with a bogus questionnaire and he was too worried about stuffing his face with pizza. Get approved take a look at the selection which was awful. Old cars WAY overpriced and over 100,000 miles. Pick one and out. Then non stop problems which started one week into having the piece of junk. Been in the shop twice in 4 months $900 in work this year alone not including going to an outside mechanic because what JD wanted was too much. They put in crap parts. The service rep today said quote unquote "This isn't a normal dealership. You want that, go to one. Read your contract. We don't have to put in good parts." NOT AFFORDABLE NOT RELIABLE NOT DEPENDABLE THEY DO NOT CARE! This last week alone my car stalled out in the tunnel with my child in the car. Today go walk down since they don't offer their "cared for customers" diddley squat after being told the car was ready to be LAUGHED AT while they said "What you doing here your car ain't ready" REALLY?!? THEY OVER PRICE CRAP OLD CARS HIGH MILAGE AND GET PEOPLE WHO CAN'T AFFORD A NEW CAR AND SCREW THEM! BEWARE!! LOOK INTO OTHER PLACES, THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!!!
Personalized service and very good at repairing my Mazda3 AC problem. Domenic was up front over the phone as to the nature of the problem. Drove my car to my home when service was done. Be prepared to let them work on a difficult problem when it takes more than 24 hours.
I like the people who work there, they're professional and they always direct you to choose the best car. I am thankful for their honesty :)
