ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. ATTENTION BRIDES: BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION.My sister is soon to be married and all of the bridesmaids purchased our dresses from this shop. Thankfully, early on in the ordering process, her mother in law noticed the sales rep was about to order the wrong dresses for everyone and had the problem corrected. Now, after picking up my dress we realized they ordered the wrong size! It clearly states what size I needed on my receipt but it was still ordered wrong. The size that I ordered required ZERO alterations. When I asked to speak to the owner I was told he'd call me back. I called every day for a week and still got no where (sometimes 2 times a day). I was also out of town on the West Coast -working- and still made the attempts to speak to the owner. At one point an employee told me that to speak to the owner I needed to write an email. Angrily, I did but it was returned because their inbox was full. (I have the email saved as proof). Now, I would absolutely be open to the "mistakes happen" rule but after chasing the owner for a week and getting nowhere- I lost that thought. After calling every day for a week I was FURIOUS. I can't say that I was the happiest of customers to deal with but I'm sure anyone would reach a point of panic when your the maid of honor - in your sister's wedding-that was less than a month away and your dress was too big!!! I refused to bring the dress back to the store until I could speak to the owner and ensure he was going to make it right. I live 45 minutes to an hour away and didn't want to waste any more time or gas! I specifically told that to every employee. To put the icing on the cake - I spoke to the owners wife (who claims she's the owner when you're in the store), tell me that in her country she'd be expected to just deal with it and move on. #WELCOMETOTHEUSAMYDEAR When the owner -Scott- FINALLY called me a week later he treated me with complete disrespect and wondered why I was so angry. He barely let me talk and continuously spoke over me. After that I decided to cut my losses and made an appointment with my own seamstress to fix their mistake. I was hesitant to let them even touch the dress after that conversation. Candalina brides can careless about their customers. The owner of the store specifically stated that "I'm not the first (unhappy customer) and I'm certainly not the last..." And when I mentioned that I'd be giving him bad reviews he said "he'd love the free publicity". So here's you're free publicity Mr. Scott.... ********** I would highly advise against going to this shop unless you enjoy horrible customer service and paying out of your own pocket for their mistakes!!!

I procrastinated and came in to find my mother of the bride gown a couple of weeks before my daughter's wedding. Rebecca was very helpful and friendly and found the gown that I said yes to. She was attentive but not pushy and I appreciated that. I felt very comfortable with her. Thanks Rebecca! My gown came in but it was the wrong size. Patia went above and beyond to make sure my the right size came in on time. I was so relieved and sincerely appreciated the great customer service. Was so excited to get my dress from here because I knew so many people who loved theirs. Unfortunately, 2 months after getting my dress, my fiance called off the wedding. So in addition to losing a deposit for the venue, I also was cut no break by Bridal Beginnings. They said it happens all the time. Oh how nice... so you are constantly kicking newly dumped girls when they are down at one of the most traumatizing/devastating times in their lives?? I offered for them to keep my deposit (over 50%) and to have the dress just cancelled. Apparently that is against policy and "no company does that". Thanks Bridal Beginnings for making my nightmare worse. Will NEVER recommend anyone to go here!! Bridal boutiques are a dime a dozen.
Two very ignorant older ladies wouldn't allow us to look at wedding dresses for a friend who lives out of state because they were simply just miserable. They acted like we were going to steal something.

From the time I walked in the door until my last fitting they were their ready and willing to help. I looked and felt almost as good as the Bride. Thanks Carlisle and staff.
3/13/15 Great shop. We didn't purchase, but got lots of attention (they weren't busy). They were very accommodating even though we were only looking for one prom dress. But, we will certainly keep Candalina in mind for 2 future "Brides-to-be". (Gave a 3, so that they will strive to always be this good, if not better.)
It's funny what you can hear when people don't think you're listening. Only shop in this store if you agree with the staff that thinks no black people have any money. Shocking that such judgement can come from a bunch of middle aged women who work on retail.
I have been to Four Seasons Boutique sevral times. I think the dresses are beautiful and I like the quality. Georgiann knows the styles I like, so for my next special occasion i will be going to Four Seasons.
I absolutely would recomend this store. After shopping many other bridal stores for my mother of the bride dress, I was referred to the Gown Company. The women there were very helpful, and I found several dresses that I loved and that were very reasonablly priced compared to other stores I had been to. The owner was there and was very nice as were the other employees. I am in management in retail and have been a long time and I was very pleased with the service that I received and would refer others to this store for sure!
