Auto Window Tinting in Pittsburgh, PA

Just got my car back yesterday —had chrome pillars installed—must say—one of the most unprofessional installations I have EVER experienced! First, I have to state that Chris did a wonderful job installing my head unit and amps! The problem was when I went back to remove my old high polish chrome pillars (that were damaged on one side) to be replaced with newer ones—the first thing I noticed is that they were cheap and dull in look. Secondly the pillars were half in short at the bottom revealing the black pillar underneath. But the worst part is that whoever did the install, cut deep gashes ABOVE the middle pillars and tried covering it over by masking it with some black paint!! There are nick cuts in several parts of the rubber molding and the several of the pillar post don’t sit flush with the car—protruding somewhat out. But the truly disrespectful and most humiliating part out of this ordeal was when I called about the install and how we can correct this matter, Sam (who took the call) was very disrespectful, BLAMING ME for the problem instead of trying to resolve it. In fact he said “better yet, just don’t come back we don’t need your business” I t was all good until they couldn’t do anything to correct it, I will file a claim with my insurance for their negligence and resolve it that way since they couldn’t manage the task themselves,. Best believe BBB will also hear about this! If I could rank it a minus 5 I would, don’t trust this place especially Sam—he’s unprofessional, disrespectful too cocky and a know it all..DONT TRUST AUTO IMAGE ...Period!

I took my 2015 Rogue to have it done since I saw he did mobile tinting. It was a horrible job. There where bubbles all thru the tint. I also commented on the part near the apillar when you would drop the window there was about a 1/2 inch of untinted. He said it was a defect in the design of the car. I went to another installer & they removed it. They also commented on how much of a horrible job he did. They showed me all that he did was cut the tint to the outside of the window. A real installer would remove the interior door pieces to get it done.

I recently took my auto in for a self starter. Auto Image did a fine job. The staff were kind and very helpful. Greg, stated they have a new employees and are working giving the best service. I was very happy with the work they did for me on a timely matter.

I had, what I was told, was an easy 2014 tC to do. However, almost immediately I brought these little bubble-type things to his attention. He said, "Oh, that's just dust." Since this was my first tinting, I was thinking this was normal and trusted what they said, "...just wait a few days in the sun and it will all shrink/attach..." Well, there's that issue and the fact that he never completed the installation of my eyebrow; he brought a new felt tool he was supposed to use that would "push" the tinting into the little spaces where the ant. is in the window. He showed me and it worked. But stopped after the demonstration. So now only a small corner is completed. Ridiculous! Since the installation I've called and emailed Fred. One response from him after the first call, but d/t a death, I was out of town and unable to reach him since. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! This also means that the vehicle was not driven for over a week. And now... These dust bubbles are now starting to POP!!! I have a small tear in the passenger side window (where I never have anyone) now and this is truly unexceptional. My only recourse is to have it done PROPERLY at a shop and to take this LLC to the magistrate for my money refunded or to pay the new shop bill. James A.

I've had my sound system installed and my windows tinted at Team Nutz so far. I was impressed with the quality of work and very happy both times I visited. I have recommended Team Nutz to all my friends and will definitely be back in the future.
