The Service Representative sold me a new IPhone 7 to be delivered to my house and promised to transfer old data to new phone once it was delivered. When I returned with the new phone he refused transfer data, and told me to go to the nearby AT&T Store at Settlers Ridge. The sales staff, Fred, at Settlers Ridge transferred some data, but warned me against all AT&T Retail Stores. Not official AT&T stores, will sell you something but don't expect service once purchase is made. Bad, bad service and I am still struggling to transfer apps.
Long story short. The sales associated straight up lied to us about how much more our bill would be a month. Instead of the $7 more a month we get the bill and it's $30 more. We contact the manager who told us to come in and he would be there to help. We get there to find out he had left even though he told us he would be there. I'll leave the rest of the details out but there wasn't even bad customer service, there was no customer service. Everything was returned and then they expected us to pay a service fee. A SERVICE FEE! After all that! We left with our original phone, will not return, and spoke with a representative to file an official complaint. All around bad and already looking into changing providers.
Awesome service!!! Went into the store and was helped by Barry. I had an issue with my bill and Barry was able to help me out. I not only walked out with a new phone and tablet but it is now saving me a lot of money.
I was in the store last week. The manager there Dale was very rude I will not be returning to the store I hope AT&T get some new management soon before they lose more customers
There is one employed at this store that is very rude. Her name is ERIN. She shouldn't been working in a customer service job. I hope ATT fires her soon. She always has a bad attitude, never greets and care less for customers that are wanting to ask a question.
I went to this store few days back. The person in the store introduces himself as owner of the store named JD (on name plate). I asked for at&t prepaid and he gave me all wrong information about plans and charges which I took $65 monthly unlimited smartphone plan. He charged me $65(plan) + $4.55(service charge)-don’t understand for what. When I asked then he replied that his store system is not set up so this is service tax+ $25 (simcard) + PA tax + county tax= $96.30. When I came back to home immediately I checked online and surprised that at&t mentioned I have to pay only $65 nothing else so I called to that store (JD-owner of the store) and he said “My duty is only give you sim card but I help you out and insert sim card in your mobile also help for porting number (which is partially correct) so I charge for all of that so I am not give you any refund and keep l lying that I charged correctly.” After that I talked with at&t over the chat & phone and they said that was wrong charge and store owner (JD) cheat you but we can’t do anything only JD can give refund (which he already denied). Then I got text message from at&t and I gave my feedback so after sometimes I got call from at&t sales/area manager and I told him whole scenario same thing from him that “I know he charged you wrong there is only $65 you have to pay but I can’t do anything.” That’s how that guy (JD) cheated me and denied all charges and keeps lying. So, my advise is that please never trust on that person (JD) and never go there. As he said he has more at&t stores in Pittsburgh,PA so please be careful guys.
