DO NOT SHOP HERE! The manager named Jimmy ripped me off for $600.00! I spent $600.00 at this store for 2 brand new "top of the line" phones that were BROKEN. They wouldn't charge or even turn on. I brought them back the next day and they ripped me off for the entire balance! They never refunded my money or gave me a receipt. I have to go to the local magistrate over it. ONCE AGAIN: DO NOT BUY HERE!

The Service Representative sold me a new IPhone 7 to be delivered to my house and promised to transfer old data to new phone once it was delivered. When I returned with the new phone he refused transfer data, and told me to go to the nearby AT&T Store at Settlers Ridge. The sales staff, Fred, at Settlers Ridge transferred some data, but warned me against all AT&T Retail Stores. Not official AT&T stores, will sell you something but don't expect service once purchase is made. Bad, bad service and I am still struggling to transfer apps.
Long story short. The sales associated straight up lied to us about how much more our bill would be a month. Instead of the $7 more a month we get the bill and it's $30 more. We contact the manager who told us to come in and he would be there to help. We get there to find out he had left even though he told us he would be there. I'll leave the rest of the details out but there wasn't even bad customer service, there was no customer service. Everything was returned and then they expected us to pay a service fee. A SERVICE FEE! After all that! We left with our original phone, will not return, and spoke with a representative to file an official complaint. All around bad and already looking into changing providers.
Awesome service!!! Went into the store and was helped by Barry. I had an issue with my bill and Barry was able to help me out. I not only walked out with a new phone and tablet but it is now saving me a lot of money.
I would give them 0, if I could, avoid this store and go to another one, when they treat a customer like me that have 4 lines and 5 installment phone like this, you can imagine how they would treat new customer, Make a story short, I made a mistake and for 1st time I went to store to purchase my new Note 5, only because to enroll on jump on demand, and proplem started from right there, 1st they made a mistake and I had to make many calls to store and tmobile customer service, so finally they admitted their mistake, so they order another one a d I had to pay another down payment , and wait for my 1st 1st one to be refund, waited for 3 weeks, no refund, call the store, didn't care, and worst part was they charged me twice for the phone, finally I went to store and this rude manager trying to blame me and unwillingly call the customer services, try to misled me with wrong information, and after 45 minutes waiting he finally fix the problem without even admitting they made errors, or even apologizing. I still use tmobile but never go back to that store

I was in the store last week. The manager there Dale was very rude I will not be returning to the store I hope AT&T get some new management soon before they lose more customers
I had my iPhone glass replaced at this mall cart. Get back to LA to find I don't have WiFi connectivity. The iPhone can't locate the router inside of my home. I think it's the computer or the router, so I reboot the system. Still no connectivity. I think this is extremely odd because the WiFi has always worked great. I Google the causes of this & find there's a link titled "No WiFi after glass replacement" so I check it out. Come to find that there's a tiny half-washer shaped part that gets lost when techs don't know what they are doing when replacing the glass. My nephew repairs iPhones, he opened it up & sure enough the part was missing. In addition to two screws and the two bottom screws that hold the iPhone together. I called Mohammed, the owner to give him a heads up & all he wanted to do was argue with me about the incident & insisted that the WiFi was broken from a previous time I had the glass replaced 6 months ago. Don't do business with these people, they'll wreck your phone!
There is one employed at this store that is very rude. Her name is ERIN. She shouldn't been working in a customer service job. I hope ATT fires her soon. She always has a bad attitude, never greets and care less for customers that are wanting to ask a question.
