Strube Propane

We were looking for a local propane supplier and had called several with various results in responses. We didn't know about Strube but while driving through Pittsburg we ran across them and decided to stop in. They were EXTREMELY helpful and very nice and walked us through the entire process from ordering to delivery to setup. Couldn't imagine working with anyone else now. think that they are terrible to their tennants!!!! at Northtown Apartments in Pittsburg, TX. A family member of mine recently moved in and usually management cleans your apartment before you move in..This place was DISGUSTING!! We called and asked them if they cleaned it..they said yes but its obviously NOT. Its terrible. Mr. Strube didn't seem concerned AT ALL. He was very RUDE And Lisa Crain at the office front desk was rude as well. They do not care at all. There was HAIR gunked and attached to a staple on the bathroom counter top in her bathroom, there's stains everywhere in the carpet. The tub was disgusting!! There was BLOOD stains on the bathroom floor!! The cabinets in the kitchen had ENDLESS roaches everywhere...and he REFUSED to replace the stove that has years of gross gunk caked on it and he alos told her to buy her own! This is the worse I've ever seen from apartment management. They did her wrong and I hope they pay for it....
