E-Tex Service Supply Company

I recently was referred to two other "popular" companies, one of which wouldn't return my calls or messages (6 different attempts leaving messages)

So I contacted the 2nd which supposedly had the best price and agreed to my job but put me off for many weeks and then stopped answering my texts and calls completely. I then did more research and also called the county inspection office for septic permits and it appears I dodged a bullet from not going with these other companies!

I then called numerous septic companies and finally spoke with Tommy (owner of E-Tex) and was educated with the different systems and found his knowledge and service to be much better than what I previously found and decided to go with E-Tex.

The 2nd company that was supposed to do my system somehow found out I was going with a competitor then contacted me and offered me $500 less than his previous quote and said he would install it that next day.
It was tempting but I kept my word with E-Tex, paid more but ultimately had an excellent experience with them.

I was unsure about E-tex from the lack of reviews but I can tell you after dealing with E-tex and specifically "Tommy" the owner, his service and quality is far beyond that of other, local and "pimped" Septic companies in and around this area.

There is a difference in quality (which I never researched or was told as most companies just sell on price) and a BIG difference in customer service.
This company did exactly what they told me, exactly when they said the would.

When I called I got the hours of operation then their busy with other customers or away from the phone AND the mailbox is full. NOT a good start.
