I would NOT recommend Rodney's Heating & AC. In the 5 years following the installation of 2 AC units, I had to make at least 7 service calls for repair.



Rodney would usually just put in more coolant & tell me it was fixed. Then, a few months or weeks later, same problem.



Over 5 years, Rodney had to repair a few nicks in the lines & replace the coil in one unit. A few weeks after the 5 year mark, the 2nd unit's coil went bad.



I was told there was a 10 year warranty on parts & unit replacement. Also a lifetime warranty on the compressor & heat exchanger. Rodney failed to mention that the warranty info needed to be submitted within 60 days. Otherwise all you get is a 5 year warranty on parts. I asked him how I was supposed to know & he said it was in the manuals.



Most other HVAC companies told me that they fill out & submit the warranty for their customers.



You're experience may vary but I would never rely on Rodney's Heating & AC for fair AC work done right the first time.
