I needed my Office printer repaired ASAP. I called and they initially said they could send a tech the next day. I told them I needed this printer repaired urgently. They took my number & told me they would contact one of their techs on the road to see if he had enough time to get to my location later that same day.



They called back and gave me an appointment time later that afternoon. Their tech arrived, diagnosed the problem and lucky for me, just a fuser was needed to fix my printer.



I was very pleased with their service and quick response as I got my end of month reports done on time. I would recommend CMC to others needing printer repairs.

They repaired my M602 laserjet a few weeks ago and its been working just fine since. They had it fixed the next day after I brought it to them.
