She's wonderful! First time I've found a stylist who actually really cares!

I had been going to the salon since 2008 for cuts and had always been satisfied with the result. When they started doing keratin treatments for hair straightening they convinced me it would be worthwhile b/c it lasted 3-6 months. However, 3 WEEKS and $300 later, my curls were back!!! I called to complain and the stylist then (Kurt) claimed he said 3-4 weeks not months. Sorry but we all know it's supposed to last longer than 3 weeks. I came in to the salon and spoke to the owner directly (Gino) who willingly offered to re-do the treatment at no charge. Unfortunately I was newly pregnant and was advised by my doctor to wait until I was at least 36 weeks pregnant due to the formaldehyde. I told Gino this who said that was fine. Much to my disappointment, when I called back at 36 weeks pregnant, he claimed he had no recollection of our conversation and refused to do the service. I would have NEVER continued to go to them for cuts if I had known the owner planned to cheat me out of that $300 just six months after giving me his word. I have never been so disappointed in a hair salon before.
