Overall

So disappointed in the customer service at this store. My son was given a Power Wheels as a gift for his 2nd birthday. The box that was sent had a large sticker that said the battery expired in Sept. 2013. We attempted to charge anyway, but it did not work. Upon returning to the store, the supervisor was very unfriendly and not willing to help. He said they didn't have it in store so they couldn't do anything. He also told us to contact the manufacturer, which I was open to, but when asked for the contact information and what to expect the response was, "I don't know...maybe look online." I then explained that I was a bit confused as to why they would not help us since the product was purchased from Toys R Us (we had confirmation and receipt), and he said that no, it wasn't since it was an online purchase. Even if they were unable to fix our problem directly in the store, some customer service to assist us in figuring out what we needed to do would have been very helpful.

Overall

I was extremely disappointed with the lack of good cutstomer service to return a toy that stopped working after only three weeks. First I called bc I didn't want to waste a long drive out there's if I had no shot of returning (no receipt, but purchased three week ago.) I went in and stood in a long line. Once I got up there, The lady was very rude and said she wouldn't exchange it for me bc I didn't have a recept or the bag. She looked at the other lady working next to her and she agreed to exchange it for me. When I got the replacement dragon for my son the rude lady said to the helpful lady , "you should have just said no." I couldn't believe the lack of professionalism by this woman. Obviously not very educated on how to treat a customer and truthfully should be fired. Thank goodness for the lady that is knowledgeable enough to be a good person and worker for toys r us. Bc of her I will go back.
