Eric was wonderful and went straight to work on replacing a compressor in our fridge that is LESS THAN three years old.The part that was MOST FRUSTRATING was the wait for a repair!!! We have a maintenance agreement and it took SEVEN days for service... NOT COOL!!!

The service was very good. Would however like a smaller window. The part had to be ordered so it took two service calls to repair our refrigerator. Serviceman showed us how to easily change filter, something we had had much trouble doing.
I was very pleased. They correctly determined problem w/ my refrigerator; l ordered part; and when part arrived I was able to get appointment quickly.The technicians were very professional, friendly, and informative. I would HIGHLY recommend.
The serviceman was on time and serviced my refrigerator better than anyone ever before. I told him that my door didn't shut properly and that I had told several servicemen prior to him, but no one seem to know what to do. This man just adjusted the leverlers and the door shuts fine now and I am happier. He was professional and courteous and even cleaned under the refrigerator. I was pleased with this visit.
Horrible customer service! Do not use Sears! Call someone local. Their customer service center is in the Philippines and they are useless. The technicians are incompetent, rude and totally unaccountable. The 1st technician they sent out charged me $189 and misdiagnosed the problem. The second technician they sent out Carlos id #0712422 was extremely rude and unapologetic about the misdiagnosis. He wanted me to pay $265 more and would not give me a credit for the money I spent the day before on a part and labor I did not need. His answer to every question I asked him was to call the 800 number. Do yourself a favor call anyone but Sears!
THE SERVICE MAN WAS ON TIME, PROFESSIONAL AND VERY EFFICIENT IN PREPARING AND PERFORMING HIS WORK. COULD NOT HAVE BEEN HAPPIER WITH THE SERVICEMAN.

Will never use again. 2 trips. Misdiagnosed. Charged for parts then would not provide a refund when parts were not used. Its not rocket science. Will never call them again. Do not recommend them.
Our repairman was as good as you can get. He was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and able to fix problems. He was our repairman a couple of years ago, and he was equally good then. He is an A++++++++ employee!
