I paid $100 to have my phone screen fixed by Jon the condescending phone technician. First visit, he seemed eager to fix it and assured me it would be simple! Twenty minutes later I went back and my screen looked great and seemed to work fine. I was happy, then I went home and began to notice the screen wouldn't recognize my touch so I called Jon's phone number and left a message letting him know my issue. No response, so I checked the store hours and went back the following day (leaving work early in order to do so) and he said he needed to bend my phone (????) to relieve the pressure on the display on my phone (????????) so I told him to do whatever he thought was necessary as I needed a phone to run my business. Phone worked for about 30 minutes then began to not work again and I was extremely frustrated and not only that, he allowed me to leave with my phone screen LIFTING off my phone. You could see the lights within the crack of the phone. It was a Sunday when I took it for the second time to fix it and Jon said if I had any problems at all to come back on the weekend (he said he was a student and is only available to fix screens on the weekend) as there is a 30 day warranty on the screen. The phone didn't work, so I went back the next weekend and have him take a look at it again. Upon my third time coming into the shop, Jon was extremely rude and condescending. He said my phone looked different than when I came the previous weekend (but I hadn't touched it because IT DID NOT WORK, so that made no sense) and it was bent (HE BENT THE PHONE TO FIX IT, SO HE MADE THE BEND IN THE PHONE!) and he said there was no warranty on the phone anymore and pretty much called me stupid in a professional way and said he couldn't fix it because he would ruin the phone (????). So, I left feeling 120% unsatisfied and felt degraded as Jon talked to me as if I were some idiot child. I am soft-spoken and I felt taken advantage of and the service I paid $100 for was not fulfilled.
Visited the store today to buy refurbished phone . I asked if I put a SIM and its doesn't work , can I return the phone. The sales person's (old guy ) answer was I don't want to sell the phone and asked me to leave the store. Horrible reception I have ever had. Hopefully this review will help the customers planning to visit the store. I would award the store -5 star.
Today I went up to the Cellairis kiosk trying to get me and wife's phones fixed. I was quoted 139.99 per phone (2 iPhone 5s) repairs. The two Indian men said our 2 phones would be ready in 45min.... Upon return the phones were worse then when I brought them there:(. They were rude to me and told me that both phones were broken and had to be completely replaced. They made me pay about 280$ to get our phones back. I wouldn't recommend taking my phone here if I were you, worst customer service I have ever received:/.
