Every time I come to this McDonald's I regret it. I literally had to wait half an hour tonight for my food, after sitting in the drive thru for fifteen minutes. It's ridiculous. The employees didn't even apologize or offer me a drink holder for the six beverages I ordered. The great of the order was a happy meal, a hamburger, and an order of chicken nuggets. What took so long!!!?

This is THE worst Subway restaurant that I have ever visited. It is not clean, and the employees are rude and hateful. They blame everything on their manager, who just happens never to be around, in the store, whenever there is trouble.I went in once and ordered a sandwich and the drink & chips value combo. They rang it up wrong as just a sandwich and chips. When I asked for my cup, they told me I couldn't have it because of their mistake. I asked to pay the difference between the chips and the combo, and they refused, insisting that I had to pay for a full priced drink, because that was the "manager's" policy.I went back today, over a year later, to give the restaurant another try. My mom ordered a Flatizza pizza, and I asked the first employee if I could order two of the six inch sandwich specials at $3.00 each. She said, "Of course, that will be $6.00." But when my mother went to pay, the same employee that had been so mean a year ago told me I had to pay $7.75, the regular price of a footlong "because the manager had said no one could order two of the specials at the same time." I pointed out that the first clerk had said it was okay, but the rude young woman with dark hair was adamant. I told them, "fine, that they could simply throw away the two six-inch sandwiches." My mother paid for her Flatizza, but threw it away because it was cold after we had finished shopping.The manager and the dark-haired employee know nothing about marketing customer service; both should be terminated. I will never walk into this restaurant again, and would urge other customers to avoid it as well.
