Had been shopping around for a affordable single axle day-cab tractor and found just what I was looking for at Automotive Fleet. Very easy to deal with and A very pleasant transaction everything was ready to sign and I was out the door. Billy is A very low key-low pressure sales rep. for sure. Thanks Lots....... Lane
The most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. No dealer fees. Carfax, complete service records, NADA value pre-printed out. Joe answered every question, even to my personal mechanic who came with me. Family owned and operated and it shows in their integrity and attention to detail. Don't waste your time at used car lots.
I would rate it zero if I could. I'm writing as of 02/10/2017 . Be extremely cautious with these guys as they're brilliant scammers. I really hope both them and potential customer read this review. Scammed by and ate my money, once they have your money they basically stick the finger out to you as to say go f*** yourself. Trying to negotiate, they do everything that's in their favor to get a profit out from you and don't care about your situation and time. I haven't met anyone this inhumane before and I myself am a really nice guy so it's quite a disappointment to know these sort of people exist.
This dealer is unscruplus/dishonerable liars!Sold us a Dodge Van that broke down befor we could get home.Went back to the dealer he told us that IT was our problem!Told us to leave the dealership!A $4500.00 van cost us another $1500.00 to get it fixed!Would not buy a news paper from these guys!
When it comes to car dealers, they are more than fair. Free service for 2 years, great discounts, $0 down, low interest rates. Nothing is set in stone. You can negotiate price and interest rate. Don't pay more than 5%. Be willing to walk away. Refuse or decline any add-ons like appearance package, extended warranty or gap insurance. Don't pay for floor mats. They will still try. They're doing their job. Just don't do it.Bob Haney is a great salesperson. I was dreading going through the car buying experience again, but dealing with Bob made it a lot easier. I am going to go back with my daughter when she is ready for a new car. I was actually on the fence about the make of car that I was going to get -also looking at Nissan, Honda, VW, etc., and my initial experience with Bob when I had just started looking was what brought me back to Auto Nation and Toyota. He's very laid back; not high pressure at all. I can honestly say that Bob exceeded my expectations.
Horrible cars that seem great when you're checking them out but are rife with problems. Do not go here.
They sell their cars illegally so you can't get them titled or registered. You end up wasting money on an illegal car that you will never be able to drive. Their salespeople lie to you and once they have what they want from you, they never take your calls and just blow you off. .
Stay away from this dealership. I purchased a $22,000 vehicle and put $2,000 down. The contract reads for $31,000. They use the rule of 78 principle where they tack on the interest immediately and then charge interest on top of that. Granted I was in a rush and didn't pay attention. Don't be another me; stay away and let this $11,000 be their last.
Derrick Silvers is a great person to deal with! Great selection of clean quality cars and reasonable prices! Best place in town to start your car shopping.
