Rude! Horrible attitude, crappy personality. Stay away, CeCi does a horrible job & gets mad when you tell her. I had my nails soaked off and new set put on at a different location. Worst experience!

Extremely rude! Terrible customer service! I have been going here regularly for two years and usually have to wait for about 15-20 min after my appointment time, but I always thought she had done a good job, so I waited. Today, after being told it would be 30-40 min after my appointment time before she was available I decided to leave and nicely told her I would try and reschedule. As I am leaving, I was told I should expect to wait.. And that the girl getting a pedi came in on Tues to make her appt. (I called Wed for the same appt time I guess). She pretty much blamed me for being impatient when it was clearly their scheduling mishap. That is crazy to me!! She should have apologized for the delay and inconvenience, but felt the need to place the blame on me. Needless to say, I will not be returning nor will friends and family members of mine that are frequent customers. They clearly are not concerned with customer loyalty.. And there are a 100 other nail salons in a 5 mil radius.
