I was expecting a typical car buying experience, but fortunately I was greeted by super friendly Dino Cox! He listened carefully to our needs, answered all of our questions, and most importantly, made us laugh! We all know buying a car can be a stressful experience, but he really made it stress-free. I was also impressed with the sales manager, Ammar, who really worked with us and wasn't afraid to talk to the customer. There are no barriers, or glass windows that separate the sales managers from the customers. This reduces the typical back and forth that you normally experience. They all did whatever it took to EARN our business that night and we got a great deal. Before you buy a Toyota, call up Dino Cox and let him earn your business too. You will see what I mean and will be leaving a review just like me.

When it comes to car dealers, they are more than fair. Free service for 2 years, great discounts, $0 down, low interest rates. Nothing is set in stone. You can negotiate price and interest rate. Don't pay more than 5%. Be willing to walk away. Refuse or decline any add-ons like appearance package, extended warranty or gap insurance. Don't pay for floor mats. They will still try. They're doing their job. Just don't do it.

Bob Haney is a great salesperson. I was dreading going through the car buying experience again, but dealing with Bob made it a lot easier. I am going to go back with my daughter when she is ready for a new car. I was actually on the fence about the make of car that I was going to get -also looking at Nissan, Honda, VW, etc., and my initial experience with Bob when I had just started looking was what brought me back to Auto Nation and Toyota. He's very laid back; not high pressure at all. I can honestly say that Bob exceeded my expectations.

Stay away from this dealership. I purchased a $22,000 vehicle and put $2,000 down. The contract reads for $31,000. They use the rule of 78 principle where they tack on the interest immediately and then charge interest on top of that. Granted I was in a rush and didn't pay attention. Don't be another me; stay away and let this $11,000 be their last.

Simple and Easy

I had the Best experience ever at Autoway Toyota. I put an email out asking for a quote on a Camry. My email was answered fast, and was very informative.
I then made an appointment, where I was met by my Sales Person, Ken Keffer, He was the best, He saved me time and Money. He made the whole process simple and easy. Thw whole staff was very cordial.
I would recommend Ken Keffer and Autoway Toyota.

Frank was no-pressure and although I had several issues with my truck after buying it, they fixed it with no hassles. They had no obligation to, but, took care of me anyway. Great experience!!

worst dad

don't ever return to him to buy a car...he owes his daughter 5,000 dollars in child support and hasn't called her in a year and a half...she doesn't even know who he is. it's a shame that salespeople are so fake that you can't tell how big of a loser they really are.

Great Dealership

Our salesman Andy Rickert was great. This is the kind of person that needs to be at all dealerships. No high pressure but realizes the importance of managing the situation. I would definitely return when I decide to purchase again. Thanks Autoway!
