100% most professional company in the Tampa Bay Area Air Command has provided our new home with not only an outstanding A/C unit but also service. I had several quotes on our new home and Air Command was the only company to not only make my wife and I feel comfortable in the choice we were making but also explained the “why” we were making the write choice. Their technicians took the time to answer our long list of questions but also give us feedback on or what they felt in their professional option what was best for us.

Every single time I have called with questions they have answered the phone professional and polite. There isn’t a better feeling knowing that in sunny FL the last of my worries is going to be having an issue with my A/C. Plus, after doing all the shopping around and wasting my time on whether or not the other A/C contractors would even show up to give a bid Air Command was able to help meet our needs.

Don’t waste your time shopping around YOU WILL NOT FIND A BETTER A/C COMPANY!

Our A/C went out last week and we called air command in the morning. They were able to send someone out first thing and got us up and running. We have an old system so we asked about replacement. They took us through several option and install later that week. We couldn't be happier with the service and would recommend them highly.

Please do not use this company. Mike, who gave us the estimate, was very personable, but what he described and what we paid for was not what we got!



I called the company twice to complain about work not done or poorly done. Each time I was given a very plausible excuse, but once burned; twice shy.



At this point, I will not call them back to redo the poorly done work. I don't want them in my house again.

We recently had a new heat pump installed by Air Command. They gave us a great deal on a new Carrier system when the other guys tried to bait and switch us with lesser brands. We were able to get a 15 SEER system that qualified for rebates and they did all the paper work. Great experience, would highly recommend them.

Don't do business with Air Command! They are the worst company I have had the misfortune of dealing with. I called Air Command for a quote to replace our AC. After giving us a high quote, they started calling and emailing us every day saying there was wiggle room in their quote and they could give us a better price if we called them back. To stop the calls and emails, my husband emailed and said we had chosen another company, even though we had not even received any other quotes at that time.



Suddenly, we got a visit from Pinellas County Code Enforcement investigating us. The inspector said they received an anonymous complaint that we had replaced our AC without a permit. which was a LIE. Air Command was the only company that had been to our house to give us a quote, so the only company that knew we wanted to replace our AC. We know they made a false complaint against us for not choosing their company. I have since looked them up in the BBB and they are in the category for the highest number of complaints for a company of their size.



They obviously gave us a high quote hoping to rip us off and then because we were smart enough not to choose Air Command and their high price, they started calling and emailing everyday offering to lower their price. I want an ethical company that will give me their best price right off the bat and not retaliate against me for not choosing their company. They filed a FALSE complaint with gov't agency, wasting our tax dollars by sending an investigator out because they suspected we had our AC replaced without a permit which was UNTRUE. I have never run across a company as unethical in so many ways. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

I have been a loyal customer of Air Command for over 10 years and couldn't disagree more with the previous review. They are a fair company and very competent. They are always there same day for us and have never had any issues. Some people I believe like to complain if they don't get something for free!

Air Command did an excellent job for us when our heat went out over the weekend. While other companies said they were too busy, Air Command enlisted an additional tech to make sure I was serviced on the coldest day of the year. Thank you for keeping my family warm.

This company is completely incompetent at running their business. I would definitely suggest going to any other company besides them. My experience with them was horrendus and they didn't seem to care how awful of a job they were doing. Be warned.
