One star is one too many in my opinion. After almost three weeks of waiting for my small order I cancelled it. Customer service was poor, e.g., no phone call advising machinery was down and order would take longer than the one week first advised. When I went to the business was told machinery was up and running now and order should be completed that afternoon. I checked the next day, no, checked the next day, no, and on the third no, I cancelled the order. And I would have been okay with this if only I had been advised by the business and not me doing all the checking.
