I search for a car on the internet for a year and a half found Western Nissan Avenue I saw a white Nissan Frontier 2008 manual shift for $14,000.00 it took me three days to get a sales person to take me serious. I finally spoke to Don and I ask him to check the car to make sure that it is manual shift he told me yes.I ask what was the next step they fax me the invoice I sent the company a Cashier Check by FEDEX it took 10 days to clear. I got a shipping company to pick up my truck they were the best my truck arrived before the date.My truck had to stay on the US dock for 10 days before export to the Bahamas. When my truck arrive I was very disappointed it was AUTOMATIC not MANUAL TRANSMISSION it was dirty , smelly, no gas and Air conditioning not working. I contacted David to ask for some refund because that was false advertisement with the truck no reply no answer this company don't follow through with there customers. If they follow through I would have sent this company plenty of business but they didn't .I was able to drive the car off the dock with no problem and it still working well after 5 months, I was able to get the ac fix. Overall they just need to be careful with the details of what they advertise on vehicles. I will buy from they again but I will fly to Chicago to see the vehicle.M. Smith from The Bahamas!
This has been one of the best experiences of my life. Chris was beyond awesome.My credit and income every month is very limited. While one sales guy was quick to give up on me Chris and Dimittri made sure i stayed in a great mood and told me hold on and have faith. The first car was not fitting my needs at all. but because of my situation i knew i had to br grateful for a second chance. just as we were signing the paper work they called Chris and told him they found me something 4 years newer and 50 dollars less a month. I went to 4 dealerships in two days and he was painful to keep hearing no. Not only did i get a car but i received hope that i can take baby steps to rebuild my credit and that was like a breath of fresh air. Chris by faris friendly polite outgoing and he is just a guy who loves his job, That's so hard to find these days. My partner had been searching for a Kia Soul and found one that was very decently priced at Baha Auto Sales. At first, driving to the lot, we were both a little skeptical as it's location is less than desirable. However, once we drove up to the lot, the front was packed with newer makes and models, including 2010 and 2011 Lexus and Nissan models. It wasn't your average skeevy roadside car dealership. The guy we worked with, Chris, was very nice and very accommodating. At first we were concerned that we might get taken, that they'd be fast-talking, customer-question-interrupting car salesmen, and although they were, they were not so over-bearing that you couldn't ask your questions. Chris worked really hard to get us the best interest rate possible, even arguing with a banker. In the end, my partner got exactly the car she wanted, for a completely reasonable price with nice customer service to boot. All of the employees were nice, even funny, and helpful. Thanks, guys!
I bought a new 2015 Dodge Caravan from Marino from Kenny Sher. He was the nicest salesman i have met in over 30 years of my car buying experiences. I was referred over to him buy a friend who had a great experience as well. They know exactly what to do for your budget and how to get to a comfortable payment when i needed to stick to a budget. I got everything i wanted in the truck for the price i needed to be at. Not to many people can say he same thing about car buying. I was one of the lucky ones and it had a huge part to do with the salesman knowing his job. Most places would show you cars you most definitely cannot afford but love to have and make you fall in love with the car, but Kenny and the manager Mike did the exact opposite. I gave them the price and payment i needed to be at and they gave me more than i could bargain for. We looked around for a good priced family car and were coming up with nothing. Went to a few dealers and looked around in the paper and on the net, still no luck. A friend told us that thay got a great deal at western Nissan about 8 months ago and told us to try and see if they had something that would best set our needs. We didn’t really have much to loose, so we went and took a gander at what they had to offer. This was the first place we had been where I felt they had a very good selection of used cars and they were also priced very fairly. We found a smaller SUV that just fit right for us. We took it for a test drive and then went into finance. Our test drive took longer than the entire paperwork process did. They were so fast and very efficient. They got us out of there in no time. Im going to send everyone I know their way!
I just Purchased a 2011 Chevy Malibu (the car I wanted). Chris Shei made this happen for me, I went to a dealer before I came to kingdom chevy and was told I needed a cosigner and I didn't have one available for me. so I left and went to kingdom because I heard good news about them. After speaking with Chris he showed me some cars I did not want at all, then he went back and found my car within my price range and I was pleased, he was helpful. we had a little bump in the rode about some cars that I was shown and I didn't like them, but after a little more effort he found the car I wanted, and I was happy at the end. At first I thought he wasn't going to be able to get me the car I wanted, but he proved me wrong and I drove out of there with the car I said I wanted when I first walked in, and NO cosignerThank you!
I would first like to say I have been looking at Bentley's for about 4 years now and never felt like it was the right time to purchase until we met Chris. My husband and I absolutely loved working with Chris. Chris had no clue if we were actually going to purchase the car or not but he made us feel welcome and answered all out questions. He spent hours showing us different Bentley's until we found the perfect one for us. Chris was very knowledgeable with all the features the Bentley had to offer and made us feel very comfortable with our purchase. We purchased the car while we were vacationing and Chris set up all the arrangements for delivery by the next day. I truly believe that if it were not for Chris I may have never actually purchased my dream car but he made it so easy.
I went to mike Anderson due to the fact that on my first visit they helped me very well with the type of car we were looking for. But after two month I noticed that we weren't as happy with the car we noticed a few problem with the car I then return and spoke to Reuben who had helped me with the car that we purchased once I told him of the problems we had he said he was going to see what he can do and what he did was help me to get the right car this time it has the power I need to tow my boat and also the space for my kids without losing the luxury of the look and feel of the car. My first car when I turned 16 was a Subaru Impreza. Recently, I decided it was time for an update. I headed over to Mid City Subaru as it was highly recommend not only by 1 but a few of my close friends. I was helped by Jordan who was a pleasure to deal with. He helped me through the car buying process as it is something very new to me. I test drove two different cars with a sales associate too. I am thrilled with my experience at Mid City Subaru and glad that surpassed a car buying horror story I hear from so many people who bought their cars from other dealerships. I purchased a car a week ago without any hesitation. The customer service was excellent . The atmosphere was solid and comforting. Manny, took control with out a problem and got me a solution in about a hour. I have never had bad experience with them and this make 3 cars that I have applied for and have purchased. The experience gets better each time. Manny was so helpful . I will visit him again and send family, friends and foe. Manny's demeanor was locked on making the sell and I liked that about him.
