Very seldom will I give 5 stars but this place is great

Lots to look at here . A good selection of gifts, food, pottery, etc. that would make a nice souvenir when you are in Pigeon Forge. Prices are reasonable and some unique items, too.

This was always one of our favorite places to eat but this time it was awful. My wife got the chicken dinner and the chicken was tuff. We told our waitress and she said that she has had a lot of complaints about the chicken. I got a cheeseburger medium well and it came out rare. Our waitress said she would have it remade and it came out the same way. I asked to talk to a manager and he said it looked rare also. The mangers name was Morgan and was very rude about all of this. Not sure I will return.

One of my family's favorite places in the world to eat! Get there early as it's usually busy. Busy places mean good food!

A MUST if you're in Pigeon Forge. The food is EXCELLENT! We have tried a lot of different things on the menu and have never been disappointed. I just can't say enough about this restaurant. Great waitresses and waiters. A real jewel in Pigeon Forge!

The waiter rushed us through each course leaving desert menu before we finished main course and check arrived shortly after. Salad was iceberg lettuce and placed on a tiny plate so everything falls off. They claimed home made salad dressing but nothing to write home about. Ribs were mediocre. The corn fritters were all corn meal with no corn, good but not great.

Great place for breakfast!!!!

The breakfast was fantastic! Food, service, greeters was spot on. Prices were very reasonable

We try to go only to places we don't have in our area when vacationing. When visting the Smoky Mountain region, we try to visit only places we havent gone before...but we love the Old Mill's atmosphere, friendly staff, and good food so much we make sure we plan at least one (sometimes two) breakfast meals there and at least one lunch. Our only "complaint" is the portion sizes, huge!

The food was great, the service was great, and the ambience was great. It's a must-go when in the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area! We will definitely return.
