First Med Pigeon Forge

I am local and had a minor emergency involving a laceration and stitches. The doctor there did awesomely with the stitches; however the prescription called in to Pharmacy had nothing to do with my ailments so we told the pharmacy to just keep it. (Supposed to have been antibiotics, not Diabetic nerve medicine) I was covered with good insurance and was triple charged with three separate account numbers. I've called the 800 # on my bill, as well as the physical clinic and I'm either put on hold forever or leaving a voicemail that never gets returned.

Used to have wonderful staff that are no longer there. Now have unpleasant people from the top down. My family and some of my friends are taking our insurance elsewhere.
