Could not have been any better. The folks at American Mountain Rentals are awesome. This is our third stay at Rippling Waters and it is incredible. Right on the Little Pigeon River in a very quiet area fairly close to all the action at Pigeon Forge.... Stay at Rippling Waters and eat at Paula Dean's and you can't go wrong!

Breath taking

My wife and I wanted to get away for a few days and decided to rent a cabin. We went with American Mountain Rentals and could not have made a better choice. We stayed in Lucky Star and the view is breathtaking. The cabin was spotless, the staff is awesome. We've stayed at at least 7 or more different cabins and American Mountain Rentals will be the one we'll rent again. .

Everything we expected and more!

What started out as a simple a business trip to Sevierville and then a romantic getaway, turned into a large group gathering so I rented a cabin.

The Bears Lair cabin pictures at American mountains rentals looked prefect for a all 8 of us. It also had wireless internet which I needed and I am a AAA member so I got a 10% discount when I called.

What started out as 8 become 11 people since my wife pointed out they don?t charge by the person.

Pictures online did not do it justice and I had no idea I could walk to the convention center it was so close yet we were away from everything.

Everything we could have wanted was already in the cabin - tons for the kids to do and this place was nicer than my house and cleaner too! It even had a game room in the cabin with a pool table.

The cabin was so close for me that I was able to get back home after working the trade show, change and was fly fishing for trout in the national park in minutes.

On the parkway and there was a million places to eat, and for the kids to ride go-carts or play laser tag ? they couldn?t do it all in a week. We got discount tickets for Dollywood at the American Rentals office.

Wives went nuts with the outlet stores and I have to say mine didn?t go overboard but she now wants to go back for Christmas shipping. I told her as long as we can stay in the same cabin and she lets me fish.

Even though the cabin was crazy with activity, my wife and I was able to share some quiet private moments alone and If I took here up there for Valentines Day I would have a years worth of brownie points.

Try the chop house for dinner, Tremont for fishing and the aquarium was amazing. I don?t think the ski lift was worth it and the Zorb place was very expensive and also a waste in my opinion.

Everything was perfect except the dinning room table sat only 8 but there was room elsewhere and for older people you had to climb a lot of stairs.

Stay here. You will be happy!

i BOOKED THIS RENTAL FOR June 2008 on December 12, 2007 and had to cancel today December 16, 2007 for health reasons. When I booked it with Michael he told me I would receive a total refund if I cancelled 45 days before. I cancelled 6 months before and Denise charged be over $90.00 even though the deposit was for $479.00 Watch them carefully and insist in getting it all in writing since the reciept sent by Denise never mentioned anythign about a cancellation fee VISITORS BEWARE
