Stayed here last night. Room was clean however had piss ants all over the kitchen area!!!! -makes me worry about other things. The coffee pot didn't work. Not a pleasant experience... when you look online for an indoor pool it's something you can walk to not freeze to and find out it's closed because it's only open 9am-11pm well when you on overnight visiting you are out late. -don't think we will visit again.

Was comparable to the hotel in american horror story. Booked online on priceline and it was $200 a night. My 8 year old son cried all night because he was terrified of how scary the room looked. We were terrified of getting bugs. Our bath tub had black dirt in it. The door had two inches under it exposing the outside that was large enough that a small animal or bugs could crawl through. There was some sort of black mold or something weird all over the bathroom mirror. The lights flickered when they were on. There were holes all in the walls. We were afraid a dead body was in the mattress because it was so scary. It ruined our trip and the hotel should be shut down for health code violation!!!!
Love it! Want stay anywhere else. Nice all around . Room and people. We go twice a year. Norma dans is the best. Shoneys right across the road and dixie stamped dinner show. Oh so nice. Can't wait to go the end of may 2017.
The Inn is a nice family hotel. Clean throughout and convenient to all the shows in Pigeon Forge. The city trolley stop is right in front of the hotel. The breakfast is very filling, Recently we stayed for the kids to swim in the indoor pool and go to a show and they had added waffles to the menu. We like the bathroom configuration, as its semi-private, not just one open room. and the TWO sinks are wonderful. Stay couple of times a year and always great. Hint: when you stay- you can also visit the outdoor waterpark across the street at the Music Road Hotel on the resort.

The place is dirty and has bugs, will never stay here again, shower didn't work til we called maintenance twice, dirty floors, dirty everything, only good thing about this place is the staff
Horrible experience. Stayed in a room where the electrical wiring was not adequate. The lights by the beds would not work nor the telephone. Woke up at 2:00 in the morning with a steady leak in the ceiling. Reported it to the front desk the next morning and was asked why we didn't call and I explained that the phone would not dial any numbers. Young lady at the front desk said, "I just work here". Asked to speak to management and was told that I would be contact and a week later, still have not heard from them.
This hotel does not meet Ramada Inn's standards. Old dirty hotel. Broken drawers, worn out carpet, dirty upholstery, Old furniture, no bedspread, holes in the walls, filthy balcony with trash and cigarette butts. Defective and dangerous electrical wall plugs, A tub that would not drain, leaky faucet and poor air conditioning. And to top it all off an untreated pool where I contacted pinkeye. The manager agreed with us about these deplorable conditions and said if we complain to remodel it would only come back on him as the owner refused to put any money in the property for upgrades..The neon street sign was so old that Ramada hey grandfathered it in service but could not buy bulbs and that were burned out because they had been discontinued because it's age.Not what we expected from Ramada Inn.It ruined our vacation and I would hate to see someone else taking advantage of because of the substandard quality.Ramada Inn should be ashamed that their name is out front of this hotel.
This is by far the best hotel to stay in when making a trip to East TN. The morning buffet has a great selection, and the spirit of Christmas is alive here.
We went here for the first time last week. This is the best place. Rooms are lovely and clean. Bathroom was bigger than most hotel rooms. Cookies and lemonade in the lobby was good. Free breakfast buffet was so good.
