My husband and I stayed here for three nights in May 2010. The staff is very friendly and always willing to answer any questions about things to do in the area. The room was very clean, the sheets and towels were soft and smelled great. If you are on the 3rd or 4th floor you get a wonderful view of the mountains. There is a nice sized covered patio on the 2nd floor where you can sit and play cards or just hang out. The pool is not that large though but plenty large enough for the kids to play in. The rates are about average for the area and very reasonable. Although the continental breakfast was only coffee and doughnuts it is close to many restaurants. Will definitely stay here again.

The Inn is a nice family hotel. Clean throughout and convenient to all the shows in Pigeon Forge. The city trolley stop is right in front of the hotel. The breakfast is very filling, Recently we stayed for the kids to swim in the indoor pool and go to a show and they had added waffles to the menu. We like the bathroom configuration, as its semi-private, not just one open room. and the TWO sinks are wonderful. Stay couple of times a year and always great. Hint: when you stay- you can also visit the outdoor waterpark across the street at the Music Road Hotel on the resort.
The Super 8 is the way to go if you are going to be spending time in Pigeon Forge. In a time where you have to pay for absolutely everything, Super 8 still offers many free amenities while keeping the rate per right not only competitive but cheap. My family and I stayed here a few weeks ago while visiting Dollywood and I was impressed. They have free breakfast, free Wi-Fi, free parking; indoor pool (which my kids loved) and a few more things that I cannot remember as of right now but overall I was impressed and would absolutely stay here again.
Just wanted to let others know this was a great place to stay, the fee was reasonable and the room was very clean. Stayed for a couple of days and forgot my purse in room, it was never touched or moved also forgot some money on dresser that was still there. Everyday when we come back room was clean, beds made, clean towels, and our dogs were welcome to stay. Staff was very kind and helpful when getting info about the town and where to go.Will stay here again when we go back. P.S. thanks to all staff for being honest and doing their job.
Every time we go to Pigeon Forge, we stay at Rodeway Inn. We have always been more than satisfied and our last trip was no different. Everything was clean and well maintained and the pancake breakfast was very tasty! The internet at Rodeway Inn was a little iffy, at times, but that wasn't a big deal. The employees are always very welcoming, helpful, and attentive and the location is perfect-- very close to all the area attractions. We wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else when we visit Pigeon Forge.
This hotel is convinently located in the heart of pigeon forge, with all the shops you can access to in a day within walking distence. this place had a pool that was open to midnight very big pool. we had a blast the prices were resonable compared to the most of the town that night we stayed at days inn across the street but found this place about $20 less and with the same amenities that we received at days inn, but with bettter sevice. i would recommend this place to anyone who want to save few bucks.
We stayed here while visiting my aunt and uncle on vacation. It's clean and a great location to anything you want to do; eat, shop, family activities, etc. The best part was that we could walk out the back door and see a campground on the other side of the creek. It was so peaceful, sitting on the patio, with our eyes closed, listening to the water. I would definitely recommend staying here or even camping across the creek, which I think we'll be doing in the near future.
My wife and I stayed here in October 2008. The hotel has new owners and you can see the changes they have made of this property. Their front desk staff have great customer service skills. The rates are affordable. The atmosphere is friendly and pleasing. I would recommend this location to all my friends and family and also it would make a great location for any type of groups visiting the area. I am recommending it to our church group for next year.
Hotel and rooms were very clean! Free breakfast included biscuits and gravy eggs make your own waffles toast apples bananas sausage and muffins cereal. Great breakfast. Pet friendly is a plus. Hot tub indoor heated pool. Beds were comfortable. Only downside was the wifi wasn't working properly. Overall really enjoyed our stay here staff were friendly!!
Cleanliness was poor. We have stayed there once a year for a few years because we kept giving them another chance, but they really need to work on being cleaner. Every time something is broken in our room, as well. Shower drain, phone, bathroom fan- it's always something. Would recommend going elsewhere.
