Same as everyone else, billing issues. I get a flyer with a rate and then get a bill for a higher rate. I have to make several phone calls and supposedly it is taken care of then a discontinuation for service....more phone calls. Finally think it's taken care of and then next bill has a late fee!!! They won't remove it saying they removed the reactivation fee of $35 as a courtesy! Needless to say I am looking for another company.

Move 4 miles same township same area similar street. bill goes up $40 and no longer is old contract valid seems to disappeared. Now I owe a whole year. Shut of notice, calls, I try to call them oh yeah rate changed same mouth you switched. Sorry your payments went towards interruption of service fee and moving charges. I moved the can myself the only interruption was waiting for you to figure out where I live. Cancelling and I am sure there will be a bill for that.
Recently purchased home in the area & was quoted $10 per month fee for residential curb side trash service. After signed up & had trash container delivered found out there was a $20 fee for dropping off at house along with additional $5 per month gas & environmental fee. Will be going with competitor in the future.
For a few years we had no issues with Allied or Republic services or whatever they have now become. Maybe our recent issues are because of a merger. We've had issues for the last several months of garbage being left, dropped on driveway, billing issues and each time it is "being handled". Then after a week of calm it starts over again. Two weeks ago we got a cutoff notice for non payment. Their website said we were paid up. We called. Apparently what we see online is not correct but anyway it was an error. A circus of errors all of a sudden in the last 6 months. We are looking for another company.
