I've had this company work on my heat pump before. When it stopped I could see the money rolling out of my pocket. Greg came out very quickly and thank goodness it only needed a few tweaks and got rid of my very old thermostat. Go thankful

Service technician was very prompt, helpful, and HONEST. We diagnosed the problems quickly and he handled them professionally. I was also very impressed by their prompt service and reasonable pricing. I called late on day 1, and they gave me the option of having someone come out that evening with a bit of an extra surcharge, or saving $60 by having them come out the next day. I opted to save the $ and schedule a visit the next morning. Service tech was promptly on time and called before he came to let me know he was on his way. All around, a great experience, This company has earned a permanent spot on my fridge for who to call with HVAC issues. Good work! Thank you!

I had a very poor experience with Pickerington Heating and Cooling. We made the call on a Saturday in January 2016 when our gas furnace stopped working. By the time the technician arrived, the furnace had kicked back on. The technician spent an hour trying to diagnose the problem, but said that he couldn't definitely determine the cause of the outage. He said the most likely problem was a bad circuit board, and if the furnace went out again, we can call the office for a quote. He charged us $220. We were unhappy with the bill as the problem was neither diagnosed nor fixed. We called another company the following week, and this technician was able to quickly diagnose the problem as a leaky condensate tube which was dripping on the circuit board, and he fixed it that day. Pickerington Heating and Cooling missed the problem and we still had to pay the bill, for which we received no real service.

Owners son came out said I needed whole new system. Called some one else in Pickerington and spent 70 bucks. Heat works great now. Buyer beware
