Please do not visit the salon at this store. They royally screwed up my hair and won't refund my money without me coming in and giving them another chance to do it. So, I have to spend my time, my money for travel, and all that hassle for you to potentially screw it up more. Yeah, no. That's not what you do to customers. You actually apologize and do something to fix it when they tell you that their hair looks horrible immediately after you cut it. You do not let them leave in tears and then when they've gotten themselves together enough to deal with the situation refuse to refund them for the horrible experience. Please just skip it and head somewhere that won't screw you up or will at least own it if they do and actually fix it when you tell them about it.
