I was late on my payment, not because I didn't have the money but because I am very forgetful and have a lot on my plate. I don't ever pay one week at a time like your supposed to, I usually pay a few weeks or a month at a time causing me to forget when my payments are due because its not a traditional type of loan due on the same day every month. Well Mr. Hershel had it repoed 2 days before Thanksgiving. Which is fine, I get it, I was behind, I needed to make a payment. BUT unlike any other car dealer or finance company I have ever worked with in the past, Mr Hershel would not work with me at all and by work with me I mean allow me to pay what was owed to become current and the fee for the repo guy to get my car back. Now my family is stuck with no way to bring my children to school, no way to get to work or the grocery store, doctor appointments and etc. I have never in my life delt with a company that does things this way. I do not recommend this company at all. Even a bank or finance company would not do business this way, if you have the money to pay they will allow you to pay and keep your car of course you have to pay any fees incurred storage or repo fee but they allow you the opportunity to make it right to keep your car. Mr Hershel is not a good man, a good man would not do this to a family right before the holidays. One day Mr. Hershel will meet his maker and will have to answer for this and GOD only knows how many other people he has done wrong like this. And he knows it. He knows he is wrong here.
I was told that my truck has a 2 year, free replacement warranty on the battery. It failed the tests they did when I had my oil changed, not once but twice. I was told to bring it to them when I start having problems with the battery not being strong enough to crank the truck. Well I began having problems from the battery not cranking the truck. I had to get a jump at work one day and I brought it to Nissan the next day. Only then was I told that it has a limit on mileage! I think I'll get my battery from somewhere that has a better warranty! BIG FAIL Nissan!

I submitted a offer via email for a vehicle in the lot and was counteroffered so I stopped by after getting off work at 7am and saw that the paint was chipped up and a tail light was busted out. I finally got a response from them and after I told them about the things I saw wrong with the vehicle I was told to go buy me a brand new one from Mossy and good luck with my hunt for a "cheap SUV" and that they have been in business for 11 years and don't need my money or my business. I replied sassing customers with sarcasm and smartass comments isn't good for business! We both went back and forth a couple times and I gathered that my $10,000 cash wasn't up to their High class standards! I will take my money elsewhere and if anyone asks me I'll tell them how I feel! This is just my opinion from my experience and wouldn't buy a 10 speed mountain bike from them!

I was guilty of letting my '99 Grand Am 2.4L go for over a year and a half without getting it serviced. I drive about 100 miles per day going to work and back, so I didn't have a lot of down time. My car had developed several issues in that time, and my fuel economy had dropped from about 33 mpg to about 26 mpg. With 256,000 miles on it, I had to make a decision. Should I retire it and take on another note, or get it repaired. Since I really do like this car and it has a nice sound system in it, custom lights and good paint, I decided to take it to Curtis' Auto Repair and let them go through it bumper to bumper. I figured if I bought another used car, I would probably have to do the same with it before I felt confident driving it every day. I figured for $1500 - $2000, I could have my baby back running sweet again.They put a timing chain kit in it, new plugs, new power steering pressure hose, new ABS sensors, did a complete brake job, changed the belt and hoses, cleaned the cooling system and fuel injectors and more. I was prepared for a $1000 or higher labor bill. Was I ever surprised that the total bill was less than $800 !My car now purrs like a kitten again, no more shaking when ideling or feeling like I need to put it in neutral at redlights. I had 6 warning lights on in the dashboard, now there are none. My mileage is back to 32 mpg at last fill up. I honestly think that this car will last many more years now.The next day I drove my weekend cruiser, a 1994 Z28 to them for a work over. Curtis and his wife Janel are both wonderful christian people that will help you anyway they can.They have a customer for life.
