I was late on my payment, not because I didn't have the money but because I am very forgetful and have a lot on my plate. I don't ever pay one week at a time like your supposed to, I usually pay a few weeks or a month at a time causing me to forget when my payments are due because its not a traditional type of loan due on the same day every month. Well Mr. Hershel had it repoed 2 days before Thanksgiving. Which is fine, I get it, I was behind, I needed to make a payment. BUT unlike any other car dealer or finance company I have ever worked with in the past, Mr Hershel would not work with me at all and by work with me I mean allow me to pay what was owed to become current and the fee for the repo guy to get my car back. Now my family is stuck with no way to bring my children to school, no way to get to work or the grocery store, doctor appointments and etc. I have never in my life delt with a company that does things this way. I do not recommend this company at all. Even a bank or finance company would not do business this way, if you have the money to pay they will allow you to pay and keep your car of course you have to pay any fees incurred storage or repo fee but they allow you the opportunity to make it right to keep your car. Mr Hershel is not a good man, a good man would not do this to a family right before the holidays. One day Mr. Hershel will meet his maker and will have to answer for this and GOD only knows how many other people he has done wrong like this. And he knows it. He knows he is wrong here.
I can't tell you the true life saver B&M Auto has been for me. As a single Mom buying cars can be a nightmare, but thanks to B&M they have made buying a car an easy task for my girls. Tim Davis is a life saver and B&M Auto will always have my business.
I submitted a offer via email for a vehicle in the lot and was counteroffered so I stopped by after getting off work at 7am and saw that the paint was chipped up and a tail light was busted out. I finally got a response from them and after I told them about the things I saw wrong with the vehicle I was told to go buy me a brand new one from Mossy and good luck with my hunt for a "cheap SUV" and that they have been in business for 11 years and don't need my money or my business. I replied sassing customers with sarcasm and smartass comments isn't good for business! We both went back and forth a couple times and I gathered that my $10,000 cash wasn't up to their High class standards! I will take my money elsewhere and if anyone asks me I'll tell them how I feel! This is just my opinion from my experience and wouldn't buy a 10 speed mountain bike from them!

We have been here LOTS of times. The owner does NOT talk down to a woman and he explains things in a way that you can understand. He takes his time and actually listens to what you have to say and responds to your questions. We have not had a problem with his work. He has worked on a diesel truck of ours and a chevy & a dodge. He is very knowledgable. Would recommend him in a heartbeat. He is honest and not over priced. And he shares his knowledge and is also open to learning something new.
