        William M. Ely, CPA, founded the firm in the late 1930s after leaving the partnership of Fox and Ely, a local CPA firm. Brian A. Caswell joined the firm in January 1973 as a part time staff accountant, and in June 1973 became a full time staff accountant. Brian A. Caswell received his CPA certification on July 29, 1977 and shortly thereafter became a partner. William M. Ely passed away on January 8, 1978. Presently, our full time staff consists of two partners, six professional employees, and two clerical.
