THIS IS A FOLLOW UP!!I had my receiver repaired it lasted 5 days and same problem. He wanted it back and would revise the estimate. He would not repair it at no charge, I spent 250.00 with him. I turn in a complaint to the credit card company they took off my charge. He wrote back and they put back on. I had it repaired by an Authorized Yamaha dealer and paid 356.78. They claim that no work was none and no parts were replaced. They told me he may have cleaned contacts. He didn't even blow out the receiver!. They did and produced documentation that they did blow it out. He lies. He says he blow it out yet they show in paper work they did. He says I embarrassed hid employees when he is a one man operation. HE LIES!!! I have enclosed the paid bill and the charges were taken off my card. This guy wrote a thing on yelp about me saying I was trying to get something for nothing when I paid more to get the job done right. Bill and information was sent to the credit card company. Read what he wrote on Yelp. Would you even want to do business with an owner like that?? Oh by the way the smell that he wrote about was after shave that he couldn't afford or never used. The charges were taken off my account. DON'T GO THERE!! I thinking about turning in a complaint to the Attorneys Generals Office and the Dept of Consumer Affairs.
I've used Arizona Video Electronics a few times over the years and they're great ! There are few if any electronic repair shops that have been in business for as longs as these guys and they do excellent work.I just picked up my Yamaha surround receiver and Denon cd player that they repaired and both work great for a more than reasonable repair price and both were repaired in just a few days,I highly recommend them and have told family and friends about them who have also used them and are all happy with their repair services, none better in the valley !
I recently brought my 15-year-old Marantz receiver to this shop for repair. The owner (Tim) gave me a quote within a day and ordered parts and repaired my receiver within a week for a very reasonable amount. It works like new and I couldn't possibly be happier. I will never take my TVs or stereo equipment to anyone else for repair. Very highly recommended.
I brought my $1500.00 Receiver in for repair. I was given an estimate which I approved. When I went to pick it up It had dirty hand prints all over it and it was full of dust just like I brought it in. He ran my card and I said for $275.00 You can even blow out the dust? I work on PC Electronic Boards and the need ventilation. I placed the receiver in my trunk and brought in a can of air which I use on electronic parts. II told him we use this. I walked back to the car and the owner threw the can of air at me in the parking lot. The repair he made lasted 2 hours. I would not go back because of his temper. I was only trying to help. I will stop payment on my card. Imagine a owner throwing a can at you. I will get an estimate from some where else
They provided me with a great service!Would use again!
internet technology company serving homes and business.., DO NOT HIRE THEM THEY PUT RANSOMEWARE, KEYLOGGERS AND ACCESS TO CAMERA REMOTELY ON ANY COMPUTER owners name is Marc Yeakel a career fraud, scam criminal "is so slick he hasn't been caught yet" found out because computer shut down and message popped up to call Marc at Prime Networks, so I took computer to another trusted "IT" company, they ran diagnostics, found the key logger buried in a tiny random file and found another file, initiated by a zip drive that can remotely activate my camera at any time without me knowing. They also told me that there was another exe. file and program that allowed him to remotely turn on and activate my computer!! WARNING: THIS CAN DESTROY YOUR LIFE, access to every file on your computer (finances, everything0 MY COMPUTER WAS CORRUPTED AND HAD TO ERASE AND CRUB THE HARD DRIVE, I LOST EVERYTHING!!!!
Great stuff great staff I love all the items great prices check out was easy I'll go back to this store
Was surprised to find out they are not all electronics. More like a liquidation wholesale discount store. Furniture, household goods, and specialty items, a big shock to what I expected. Friendly staff too
They have store on Unionhills & 35th ave. Poor communication. No way to email or leave vm on phone. Was hoping it was going to be good computer shop but not thrilled.
