All the reviews I see for Bridgewater are very old and very negative, and it's not giving an accurate picture of what this place now is. I can't speak for its past, but I can promise you that the complex is much nicer than the rating it currently has. It's not the St. Regis; it's not pretending to be. But my experience here so far has been really easy, undisturbed, convenient, and drama-free. You shouldn't be weary about checking this place out if you have reasonable standards for this price range. As of May 2017, studios are in the range of $550 - $600. There are one bedroom apartments too.In general, these are older units with some spruce-ups. Some are renovated; some are furnished. Overall, the apartments are great for someone starting out on their own or are new to the area. It's basic, safe, and relatively inviting.I have not experienced any ghetto behavior here at all or the loudness that another reviewer spoke of. It's entirely possible, even probable, that SOMETHING is gonna go down at some point, but honestly, that's every building and apartment complex in the nation. It depends on your credit, but for me, there was no deposit, a $50 application fee and a $200 non-refundable "move in fee". You can also pay weekly at around $200/week + application fee, but I was told that there's a $100 lease transfer fee if you want to go monthly and a 4-week minimum. Still, if you're really that concerned about liking the place or your unit or are running low on funds and need to pay weekly, it's an option. With no hoops and a place that's—at the very least—completely decent, it's still a great value despite the fees and made my life way smoother. I am someone who cannot stand pointless fixation and meddling during the rental application process, and there was zero of that for me here. The application process and lease was simple and very straight-forward. I got the vibe that they would have some type of flexibility for your credit/background situation.
My husband and I have lived at Juniper Meadows for almost 3 years and have nothing but nice things to say about them. The complex is lovely and is really well maintained, it has an almost tropical feel. The Manager of this complex is the best I have ever had, she is as friendly and caring as you will ever find and has resident get togethers as often as she can. The apartments themselves are the best value I could find in this area, they are large and well maintained. The maintenance person does an awesome job of keeping up with any problems you have… my garbage disposal died and he replaced it the SAME DAY! I keep telling them that the only way I am moving out of here is feet first!!
This apartment complex is a great place to choose should you want a 2 bedroom 2 bath with quiet neighbors who keep to themselves for the most part and are fairly friendly. Management does an excellent job in keeping us accomidated here, matienence is on top of things too. I've waited maybe one day for assistance since I've been here and that was only because they're closed on sundays. I have no regrets after choosing to make this my home and I would like to think that you might think the same as my neighbor.
Juniper Meadows has been our home since last July, We certainly enjoy all the great amenities that are offered! Great luxury apartment living, fully updated and elegant styles to choose from. The Management and Maintenance team are always there night or day, Christina has been so very wonderful with everything, this has remained consistent for the duration....I would definitely recommend stopping in and viewing the Juniper Meadows Apartments, we are glad we did!!.Sincerely,Marcie K

Lifestyle events at trillium tops it all off to make living here simply amazing.
I moved into Bella Verde Apartments 3 months ago and the neighbor upstairs overflowed the tub. My ceiling leaked and the drywall was damaged. I called the emergency maintenance line and the on call Maintenance tech came out and spoke to the tenants. The maintenance man stated they would return in a hour after purchasing drywall. He took care of this issue immediately and have not had a problem since.
I moved here in March of 2015 and I haven't had any problem anytime I need anything fix the management here is very rare cannibal Erica the office manager is very nice I don't see any problems with you if you have any concerns there quick to address it and I plan on staying here another six months my lease is up but I'm going to renew it its a nice place
I have lived at Park Paloma a little over 3 years now. I really like living here and as its very close to shopping, Target, groceries, & Chipolte. My roommate & I usually walk across the street at least once a day . The area seems to be changing so fast. Much more cars on the road. I would recommend living at park paloma apt.

I've lived here since just after the building was constructed. Great office team. Jazmin, Lindsay and GM Travis really make you feel like you're getting your monies worth. Concierge team in the lobby 24/7 is great in the downtown environment, they even take care of my dog walking and dry cleaning!
