Stay away from these people. The tec came to fix my conveyor pizza oven..I understood from the beginning that he had never seen an oven in his all life...Someway when he left the oven was working ... the day after again the oven was not working...I called Remington to have the tec back but they never gave me a call back, (the first time I called they just told me that the lady that was suppose to call me was in a meeting). After four hours wait I decided to call another guy...The new guy quickly solved the problem and the worst thing is that he gave me a completely different diagnose of the oven problem....So save your money and call somebody else.
PDL has always been there for my company. Whenever there was a need for parts or service I have never been let down.The knowledge they have of equipment is incredible.
I have used PDL for parts for all my repair needs.I call them to trouble shoot and every time they were right on with the issue and sent me the correct part. They have also helped me install the part on a Sunday afternoon over the phone.I would recommend everyone to get parts and help from PDL
The No Show below is not true and is a complete make-believe fabrication by loverleep who was clearly having a bad day.To begin with, it was HIS warranty company that gave us a wrong address. They mixed up the East-side for West-side. As soon as we figured this out through his warranty company (which takes time) we called and told loverleep the problem and that we would be there in about 1 hour simply because it would take that long to travel through the busy afternoon traffic across town. Well, loverleep decided that since s/he was having such a bad day that day s/he would stop the service call, ask for a different company which his warranty company could not provide until the next day and blame everything on us. It is very sad when one human sad being having a bad day can slander a whole company that is and has been very commited to taking care of their customers with as much care as humanly possible. Shame on you loverleep!
DON'T GO HERE!!!! EVER!!! Go to any other Subaru dealership but this one.Horrible prices, Terrible prices, uneducated staff, and rude salesman that gives you that real salesman vibe. They did not take my wife an I seriously about our interest in a car. Cars were dirty and scratched, and had worthless dealer add-ons that are highly overpriced. Only go here if you have more money that sense, and you like to be talked down to. Possibly the worst place I've ever been.
