Vistited the store on Saturday and the employees were 15 minutes late to open. I understand things happen but they were unapologetic and then they wanted to charge me DOUBLE rate to send something regular mail..I walked out
I went to this store on Sunday, 7/24/16, and the store was closed. So I went to the door to see what the hours are and it said that they are closed on Sunday.
This is a GREAT store, they can help with all of your business needs and more. Steve is an awesome person to deal with and they don't have anything to do with Quality Services, as written below. Go in and give them a try.
What a great business, so handy, and these are great people. Steve is very easy to deal with and so is Susan, they will do almost anything for their customers. Satisfactio is what is all about. Love it will keep going back.

This is worst ups store I found, the lady she claims she is the owner of the store denied my refund the overnight I bought with self addressed envelope and never used because I accidently I put two envelope in the package, but passport office returned one envelope because one extra. I returned to this store she never refund ie $ 35.
This is the best UPS Store I've ever been to. The only reason why a UPS Store wouldn't be able to refund your money or help you when a package is lost is either because it was shipped at the UPS Store through the US Post Office with no accountability or it was a UPS drop-off and they cannot pull up any information about the package unless you have the tracking number. It seems like the "people" who reviewed this store were actually just one person who had a bad experience because of their lack of understanding. Also, I have seen this UPS Store give 10% for anyone who has been in the military if you just ask.
3/4/2014 -- I had 2 boxes shipped with UPS. Upon knowing they were signature required. I notifed UPS and redirected them to the UPS store 2 miles from my house. I paid UPS $24.10 to do this. Normally I use FedEx Ground and there is no charge to do the redirect hold at a store. I paid the $24.10. I went to the UPS store, and the person there Kay Bani, said, yes packages are here, great. She then comes back and says, there is a $10/fee per box (I had two boxes) for a "hold fee". UPS never made any mention of any "fee". Since they said "we signed for them" and held them, (for what 1 hour or so), that there is a "fee" to release them. I had no choice but to pay the ransom for my 2 boxes. Thus far, UPS has not returned any call backs. Unless I paid "their" fee, I was not getting my packages. So I feel, this charge is not appropriate, as I was never told of any "fee". The UPS Store has been uncooperative and will not return phone calls or refund this "fee". Be warned these people are not friendly, not customer oriented either.
I have used this place twice, small not busy, I purchased copies, stamps, and envelopes and both times I have left letters to be mailed from this place they do not reach their destination. I will not be returning I would rather drive to the post office.
They will lose your package or just never ship it !Buyer beware don't ship anything of value !I tried to leave NO STARS !
