If you need a courier service in Scottsdale then call these guys. They came to pick up my package within 15 minutes of me placing an order, and got it delivered within an hour. I would happily use these guys again and they were cheaper than the other courier services that I had contacted earlier.
Ordered a recliner from Wayfair whose website said Rowley & Sons had it and would be contacting me to set up a delivery. I called them and they had no record of it. I told Jordan in their office I was disabled as was my husband and needed to know when it would be delivered to make it easier for us. Less than an hour later my husband came home from a doctor's appt and had to move a 100# box in order to get inside our front door. It had been delivered with no notification and no ringing of the doorbell and put close enough to the front door I would not have been able to get out in an emergency. I called Jordan back and he said he would deal with the drivers and apologized. I told him I was filing a complaint with Wayfair which I did and they took it very seriously. They said Rowley & Sons had not followed any of the procedures they were contracted to follow for a delivery. My question is how did it get on a delivery truck when Jordan could not find it in their system? I would NEVER use this company and will request further deliveries from Wayfair to be directed to another company. This was beyond unorganized and discourteous and just plain stupid. A 100# box close enough to a security door so the tenant could not get out??? Pay attention to these negative reviews, folks. There might be some of their drivers who do a good job, but it would seem the majority of the staff as well as corporate need some serious retraining in customer service and operating their company.
Recently, January 7, 2018 Rowley & Sons delivered a NECTAR Mattress to our house in Tempe Arizona. My wife and I had read all the negative reviews and expected the worse. I am happy to report we couldn't be any happier with the communication from Nectar, and Rowley and Sons. It arrived when they said it would, in the time window they said it would. The delivery crew couldn't have been nicer and more informative with regard to the delivery. They removed the old mattress without any issue of any kind. To sum it up if you are advised your NVC is Rowley&Sons in our opinion you are in good hands. Nothing to worry about.
They don't return phone calls, I tried three different days leaving messages during business hours. They were supposed to deliver artwork to me on a Friday and their automated system called me the prior Wednesday. So I sat home and nothing was delivered. Days went by and they wouldn't even call me back. They basically kept my package. I notified the shipper, and they couldn't get a return call either so eventually they offered a refund. DO NOT USE THEM. How do they stay in business??? They're the worst.
This company is a nightmare of disorganization, careless deliverymen and irresponsible office staff. They had the simple task of delivering a replacement for our defective sofa and taking away the defective one. But the deliverymen refused to take away the defective one, saying that "it wasn't on their order," except it was. When my husband asked them to call their office to straighten the situation out, they refused to call, leaving us with both sofas in our living room. When I finally got ahold of their office staff worker, she promised to call me back that same afternoon to let me know if the sofa could still be picked up that day. But she never did call back, and was unreachable by phone after the one time I'd managed to speak to her. What a disaster for us. Fortunately, we were able to find a poor family that wanted the defective sofa and was willing to pick it up the following day. Rowley and Sons is the worst. How they stay in business, I'll never know.
i had a very valuable chest drawer sent to me from tupelo ms, this company delivered it to my home, they called me 3 days ahead to set up a time and then on the morning they were here early part of set up time bright and early and the guy that carried my chest drawer swooped up 15 concrete stairs with my piece like superman ... i was AMAZED then kindly brought the piece in my place had me to sign kindly said goodbye then left...needless to say my valuable chest drawer was in PERFECT TIP TOP condition ... im SOOOO happy with this companies High Quality customer service skills all the way around!

Vistited the store on Saturday and the employees were 15 minutes late to open. I understand things happen but they were unapologetic and then they wanted to charge me DOUBLE rate to send something regular mail..I walked out
