About Search Results

YP - The Real Yellow PagesSM - helps you find the right local businesses to meet your specific needs. Search results are sorted by a combination of factors to give you a set of choices in response to your search criteria. These factors are similar to those you might use to determine which business to select from a local Yellow Pages directory, including proximity to where you are searching, expertise in the specific services or products you need, and comprehensive business information to help evaluate a business's suitability for you. “Preferred” listings, or those with featured website buttons, indicate YP advertisers who directly provide information about their businesses to help consumers make more informed buying decisions. YP advertisers receive higher placement in the default ordering of search results and may appear in sponsored listings on the top, side, or bottom of the search results page.

DON'T MOVE HERE!!!!!!! neighbors are noisy you have no privacy and either the landlord or the neighbors harass you and if you have kids that are biracial its worse. This is not a mixed cultured community which made it hard for my family to live here I have had the police called on me by my landlord because she wanted to have my company arrested for trespassing when the cop told her as long as the lease holder is here my company can be here now she wants to terminate my lease because she got in her feelings. And they charge you 767 in rent mind you these are not luxury apartments they do false advertisement they say in there listing there's a pool and playground none of that here at all and nothing gets fixed around here and don't waist your time calling the apartment manager cause she could careless.

Bridgewater Apartments

All the reviews I see for Bridgewater are very old and very negative, and it's not giving an accurate picture of what this place now is. I can't speak for its past, but I can promise you that the complex is much nicer than the rating it currently has. It's not the St. Regis; it's not pretending to be. But my experience here so far has been really easy, undisturbed, convenient, and drama-free. You shouldn't be weary about checking this place out if you have reasonable standards for this price range. As of May 2017, studios are in the range of $550 - $600. There are one bedroom apartments too.In general, these are older units with some spruce-ups. Some are renovated; some are furnished. Overall, the apartments are great for someone starting out on their own or are new to the area. It's basic, safe, and relatively inviting.I have not experienced any ghetto behavior here at all or the loudness that another reviewer spoke of. It's entirely possible, even probable, that SOMETHING is gonna go down at some point, but honestly, that's every building and apartment complex in the nation. It depends on your credit, but for me, there was no deposit, a $50 application fee and a $200 non-refundable "move in fee". You can also pay weekly at around $200/week + application fee, but I was told that there's a $100 lease transfer fee if you want to go monthly and a 4-week minimum. Still, if you're really that concerned about liking the place or your unit or are running low on funds and need to pay weekly, it's an option. With no hoops and a place that's—at the very least—completely decent, it's still a great value despite the fees and made my life way smoother. I am someone who cannot stand pointless fixation and meddling during the rental application process, and there was zero of that for me here. The application process and lease was simple and very straight-forward. I got the vibe that they would have some type of flexibility for your credit/background situation.

The worse infested, unsanitary property I have ever lived in. They see a infestation as no big issue.(which there should be a law against such unhealthy living conditions)since this is an affordable housing property funded by the city of Phoenix I would figure they cared about their good reputation or maybe cared about their tenants & took care of the problem but don't. If I could sue for unsanitary endangerment I will.

Juniper Meadows Apartments

Juniper Meadows has been our home since last July, We certainly enjoy all the great amenities that are offered! Great luxury apartment living, fully updated and elegant styles to choose from. The Management and Maintenance team are always there night or day, Christina has been so very wonderful with everything, this has remained consistent for the duration....I would definitely recommend stopping in and viewing the Juniper Meadows Apartments, we are glad we did!!.Sincerely,Marcie K

Worst ever called the police and hiring an attorney due to another Tennant harassing us. Told management and they were nothing but another headache. Made a police report and filing a law suit. Dont ever go to these apartments

Staff very unprofessional witnessed Elder abuse in many cases. Property manager and supporting staff are rarely there during posted hours of operations. Staff harasses tenants regularly. Unprecedented amounts of apartment inspections but slow to respond to any maintenance requests if at all. Impossible to get anyone to answer phone or return calls when messages are left. This senior housing is not for your loved one. Cesar Chavez Foundation funded this building complex, yet it's management fails to treat our aging population with the dignity they deserve. It's a shame that it fails to live up to his great legacy!

Highland Metro Apartments

The apartments are nice and because everything is new but the office is unorganized due to the fact they constantly change the staff every few months. They constantly want to charge you for something and are quick to give you a 5 day notice for anything! They also take their time about fixing things, I once couldn't use my shower or kitchen sink for like 5 days (starting Friday). I called the emergency maintenance line being that the office was already closed. The maintenance man came out to fix the problem but of course couldn't because it was a bigger issue that required plumbers. So after that he said he called his manager on her personal phone but she didn't answer her phone all weekend and mind you it was a holiday that coming Monday so the office would be closed that day too. She finally contacted me on Tuesday and sent out a plumber but he would have to dig because it was that bad and of course it had to be approved by a higher manager before they could fix anything so they were finally able to fix it on Wednesday. After living there for 3 years I had to move because I couldn't afford to renew my lease again. I unexpectedly was injured and couldn't work enough to afford to stay there. I told them my problem and unfortunately couldn't renew my lease but they still insisted on charging me a full months rent because I didn't give a proper 30 day notice. I honestly think they maybe affordable but they are very unprofessional and unfair to their tenants.

If I could give - 5 stars I would. This owner is every bit the true meaning of Slum Lord ... Repairs are never done and when they are they are done Half way and illegal. Mice have over ran these units.. Roaches are out of control. Bed Bug infestation is a real issues for those wanting to loose everything you have. 9 months of living at this property was an absolute horrifying experience. From Management screaming and cussing people out on a regular basis to Maintenance threating people's guest. Not to mention the Sex Offender population being 3/4 th population at the property. Maintenance being a 2 time convicted Registered Sex Offender who spent many years behind bars not only in Arizona but convicted in another state as well. Never Ever Live At This Or Any Other Property belonging to this Owner or Management. Horrible Experience.

This property was sold late 2015 and flipped 6 months later. Our former manager is no longer here, and the company is managed by CAM Properties. So during the past year we have been inspected twice by bank employees and others for the sale. We have also had 3 years of light rail construction to deal with. All this would be forgivable if our current manager was interested in the residents. She is extremely rude and not interested in any opinions except her own. Some of us have lived her happily for years and last Friday at 5:30 she decided to give notice that the patios (included in rent) had to consist of only patio furniture. This would be OK except that the surrounding concrete fence is 48 1/2 inches tall and a person would have to actually lean against the concrete to see what is in our (private) patios. No stranger does that. This is harassment of the tenants and borders on hostility. We have gone from a friendly environment to this.

Valley King Properties

Valley King provides services to SLUM LORDS and tries to avoid responsibility by saying everything is up to "the owner" of the property.Well I have been paying Valley king for 6 years. Valley king agreed to manage the property, but Valley King is not managing the property according to the AZ Landlord and Tenant ACT.I gave them notice that my refrigerator was fading. When it finally died, they refused (are refusing) to replace it, saying the owner doesn't warranty the fridge. I am a disabled single mother, my daughter has special needs, all of our food went bad and when I sent them an email which listed the specific articles they were violating, they sent me an eviction notice!!It has been over a week now that we have not had a fridge or any food in the house and they still refuse to replace the fridge that was in the property when I rented it.Don't rent from these slum lords. They are nothing but tantrum throwing spoiled bitches.
